VIP paella Strandhoppen Cruise , all inclusive met paddleboards

We booked the VIP Paella Beach Hopping Cruise, but one minute before arriving we received a call saying the VIP boat would not start. Since we had already taken a 45-minute taxi ride, we felt obligated to take the alternative non-VIP boat rather than waste the trip. To their credit, they did offer a partial refund, which we accepted. Unfortunately, the experience itself was disappointing. The food was poor, the drinks were mediocre at best, and the beaches were crowded with vendors constantly trying to sell things. While the scenery was beautiful, it was not the VIP experience we paid for or expected.

Terrible experience with this company. My friend and I had this booked way in advance and sadly they cancelled 10 minutes before departure via a text message which was hard to understand, which just said something along the lines of do not come to Port the chef has cancelled? We were already at the port at this time so waited for the desk to open where you collect your tickets which we had to wait for an hour with no communications via the person who sent us a text during this whole time despite calling the number. When the desk finally opened the woman operating this desk was extremely rude. I asked her is my trip cancelled she just advised “yes” and when I enquired about how to get a refund she just shrugged and rolled her eyes and said I don’t do that here. You have to contact whoever you booked through. (Which was get your guide). Obviously after waiting an hour in the sun with no communication ( we even tried to call the person that text us to say that it was cancelled who didn’t answer and ignored our texts asking for help) and then to be met with this rude woman on the desk put a bit of a dampener on the day and wasted some of our holiday time. I then had to spend time calling get your guide. I managed to get a refund through them who were excellent and dealt with the situation promptly. When we were waiting around for an hour, we also spoke to 2 other women who had booked to go on the trip on the Tuesday and they were also cancelled last minute and rebooked onto another trip but it was a completely different atmosphere to what they originally had booked. They had booked a beach cruise but then they were put onto a party boat and they were really unhappy so it seems that float your boat over promising underdeliver consistently. For example; we booked onto VIP paella cooking and snorkelling/paddle boarding excursion - then they tried to make us go a much cheaper booze cruise type journey which we were just not up for and not what we had booked on for. They seem to state they’re going to run all these different types of boats, but then if not enough people put on them they just shove everyone onto the same boat regardless of what experience they’ve booked. This boat trip was not cheap either at around €90 per person. Luckily we used our refund money and booked a different trip with water sports Ibiza - who I would highly recommend - and were about €40 per person cheaper. All in all terrible experience with float your boat and I would advise everyone to not book with them and just save your money and time and go with a more reputable company.

The cruise was nice but the seats are a bit uncomfortable. The stops you make are very touristy but beautiful. On the 1st stop you best rent a parasol or the sellers will not leave you alone for an entire hour. We went walking there. Food and drinks on the boat itself were okay but not great. Drink a volonté is nice.

Great staff and experience would recommend. We went to such beautiful spots and they had alot of time at each spot. The food was also great!

It was a beautiful day. Beautiful water! Staff were amazing!!!! A must!!! It was fantastic the water was so blue and I loved it. The music was awesome. Paddle boards slides
