A huge thank you to Baher from Charming Egypt for his exceptional professionalism and responsiveness! I contacted the agency at the last minute hoping to visit the Egyptian museum and the pyramids, and they managed to arrange a complete guided tour in record time. The guide was competent, friendly and fluent in French. The organization was top, the transfers well managed, and the customer service listened, we were even able to add an unscheduled visit to the Coptic district. Baher was also able to organize two excursions to Hurghada: private speed boat to Giftun Island, an incredible experience with turquoise water, good music on board and meeting dolphins at sea as a bonus , and also swimming with dolphins with family photo shoot. I recommend this agency without hesitation to all those who want to live an authentic and well-supervised experience, even at the last minute!

We booked with Baher for delivery from within the airport. Cyrillos met us at the airport and made all the arrangements, then we got in the car with Baher, who is a very nice guy and speaks French fluently. An experience that I recommend to everyone at a reasonable price
