Couldn’t ask for a better airport transfer. Kini Kini was organized, quick, and our guide was amazing—great energy and super helpful. Will definitely use them again. Five stars all the way.
They forgot the roses and told me they couldn’t go back to get them. I said no I want the roses. The assistant told the driver to get the roses. He drove us to the place to pick up the roses and then to our resort. I paid a total of $400 and it was a surprised birthday trip and because of the driver forgetting to pick up the roses made I a difficult experience.

We completely understand how important they were, especially as part of your birthday surprise. As soon as the mistake was brought to our attention, our driver picked up the roses on the way to your hotel, and we made sure they were delivered to you. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we issued a full refund for the cost of the roses. We are truly sorry for this oversight and the frustration it caused. While we did our best to resolve the situation immediately and make things right, we are disappointed to hear that your overall experience was still affected. Please accept our sincere apologies once again. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve and prevent situations like this from happening again.

We did a pick up at our cruise ship to be taken to a beach to get married. Marvin collected us promptly and came back to get us with minimal wait time. He was a joy and made us feel very welcome. He was very professional and answered questions for us. Great guy! Great service! Would use again in a heartbeat :)

The driver was very nice and helpful, dressed very professional. The option to purchase cold beverages for the ride was a nice touch. The car was new and very clean.
