1. Je klimt in een kloof, niet tegen een muur Om de andere via ferrata in het gebied (Mojstrana, Mala Mojstrovka, Mangart) brengt u naar een blootgestelde rotswand. Hvadnik plaatst je in een canyon, gesloten muren, ander licht, compleet andere sfeer. Dat is zeldzaam, zelfs in heel Slovenië. 2. Je steekt de beek drie keer over Water is een enorme sensorische differentiator. Je hoort watervallen, je voelt de spray, je kunt nat worden. Dat is memorabel op een manier die een droge rotsklim gewoon niet is. 3. Het blijft koel in de zomer De kloof zorgt voor natuurlijke schaduw en de beek houdt de temperaturen laag. Als het 30°C is in Bled, is Hvadnik comfortabel. 4. De Martuljek bergachtergrond Špik en de Martuljek groep zijn visueel spectaculaire, grillige, dramatische pieken die er anders uitzien dan het Triglav massief dat de meeste toeristen zien. Uitzichten hier voelen onontdekt. De éénregelige toonhoogte die ik overal zou gebruiken: "De enige via ferrata in de Julische Alpen die je door een kloof voert, niet alleen omhoog."

Such an incredible experience. Did the Hvadnik gorge via ferrata. The route was beautiful and Matevz was the best guide, he is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Altitude adventures is very responsive with emails and questions. 10/10

We had such a fun time scrambling up rocks and following the waterfall on our via ferrata tour. Our guide Matevž was incredibly knowledgeable and took such professional photos of our climb. It was a really unexpected memento of our trip. The route had moments of slight physical intensity but nothing at all too taxing. The views and the company were spectacular. Highly encourage anyone interested in exploring parts of the mountain otherwise inaccessible to hikers!

The guide was great and the climb was amazing. The guide was helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable, and very fluent in English. I recommend a good stretch before starting the climb. My 13 yo daughter had a blast. We came during the off season, and had the whole mountain to ourselves. We even got to do some repelling and top rope climbing. The views were unique and amazing.

Nice active climb. Definitely not too hard, but still a bit challenging. The views was very nice and there were some great spots to take pictures. The guides also made pictures, which was very convenient! With larger groups you will have to wait for the rest quite often and you won't see everyone at the same time. Probably best to go with people of the same skill level, or smaller groups (around 3 sounds great), but for a more relaxing climb larger groups are fine as well

You’re absolutely right – group size can influence the pace, and smaller or similarly skilled groups often offer a smoother flow. But as you said, larger groups can still be a great option for a more relaxed and social adventure.
It was a challenging parkour but doable. The help from the guides were also very nice, you get help when you need it! All in all a very nice experience that I certainly would not have missed!
