Loop door de donkere straten van St. Augustinus. Plaats jezelf op de plaats van de moord, of in de opzet waar de slachtoffers voor het laatst zijn gezien; de laatste momenten van hun leven. Leer de details van de zaak kennen, en besluit dan of gerechtigheid is geschied? Is de juiste persoon veroordeeld? Of misschien was er geen of onopgelost. Misdaden: van de oudste onopgeloste moord in Florida, bijna 240 jaar geleden, tot een recente, fel bediscussieerde misdaad die op band is vastgelegd. Dompel jezelf onder in de verzengende verhalen van onze stad en kijk hoe je er aan de andere kant uit komt. Ongeveer 90 minuten; de tourgrootte wordt klein gehouden (maximaal 12) om een intieme en interactieve ervaring te behouden; Deze tour eindigt buiten een lokale bar, met de mogelijkheid om na de rondleiding met de gids naar binnen te gaan en zaken verder te bespreken. Laura was great. She was a wonderful story teller. She told the stories in detail and made of feel like were watching the murders in real time .

This walking tour was done really well, even though our tour guide was doing it for the first time. There was not only relation of what happened to the victims but we as guests were allowed to put forward our own speculations in interesting directions.

Although the tour guide was enthusiastic and energetic, the overall experience was disappointing. The large group was excited to solve crimes and engage with history, but being lectured for more than 90 minutes was not what we anticipated or enjoyed. Much of the background information could have been quickly found through a brief Google search, yet it took 20 minutes to explain. We wouldn’t recommend.
I am sorry your experience was disappointing. The tour however was as planned, with no description or promise of crime solving type of investigating. While some information can certainly be obtained from internet searches, we deep dive and go to uncommon resources for extensive knowledge. "Being lectured" is a bit harsh, when describing and explaining things is exactly what tour guides do, for any type of tour- from history, to ghost to site/location specific to true crime. We all learn, research and then share information.

We enjoyed getting some history about the area and seeing where local crimes happened. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and respectful of the victims. I thought she did a nice job of describing what happened but acknowledging the people who lost their lives.

Me and my fiance had an AMAZING time on this tour and will definitely be returning for another! The hours flew by so fast and Laura was GREAT at answering questions!!! Very immersive and keeps you hooked haha. Highlight of the tour for us personally was her paying homage and telling us the names of a particular set of victims out of respect, Laura you are truly a beautiful soul! Our group was very small, just us, another couple, and of course our hilarious guide and it just made the whole thing even better with how much we were all able to interact! It is a walking tour but there are opportunities to sit throughout if you are not the most able bodied!! Laura was very knowledgeable and even has another/an extension true crime tour if you enjoy this one!! :) Thank you!
