U zult genieten van een Gids rondleiding door de moderne wijnmakerij en vervolgens een proeverij met een gids die u alle informatie geeft over de typische producten. Michael was fantastic!! Would do it over and over again. Wine and winery was fantastic. Driver was even better.
We booked this tour through Viator as part of our various excursions on our Italy and Greece tour. The tour was for 7 (6 adults and one child). One of the things I really wanted to try was Greek wine at the source. A few days before this tour, while we were already on the ship, this tour was abruptly cancelled. There was no explanation, it was just cancelled. Funnily enough, when I went to look at the tour page, there was an option for a tour that day, but it was much more expensive. And every other wine tour was much more expensive. The ones from the ship were already sold out at that point. So there was nothing that we could do. Very disappointing.
Dear. We are sorry for the inconvenience but what you wrote is false. We cancelled and we sent to you the explanation. Your review is just a proof that "review system" is not usefull and without equality. Customers can cancel a tour prior the tour date and a company cna't write a review. In the other side if the company cancel can receive a review. Review system that can must be helpfull for somebody that wanna take an experience but in your case you don't speak about the experience you had. In your review just frustating about a tour cancelled. That is not a proper use. Then you spoke about a tour you found more expensive. Another false thing. We cancelled because the tours wasn't available. If you found another tour was from another company. I wanna tell you a secret. Viator works like an agency. There are plenty local operator. Tours on the website are lead by different companies. But in one hand we can't aspect nothing good from somebody that wrote "One of the things I really wanted to try was Greek wine at the source." The tour booked by you was "Wine Tasting tour from Messina". Messina is a town in Sicily. The goal of this tour is "Visit a winery on the slopes of Mt. Etna". Another secret for you. The Etna is in Sicily. With this tour you missed to try a sicilian wine. I don't know why you pretend to find a Greek wine. Greece is pretty far from Sicily. What is very disapponting is read your words. And we are embarassed for you that you booked a wine tasting tour with a child. Thanks God we cancelled.
