Driver showed up 20 minutes late, after I contacted Viator several times. I was eventually told by Viator to call the driver. I had issue with that. This was Viator’s responsibility and since I provided exact instructions and an address on our location I wondered why I was expected by Viator to also assume the cell long distance charges. I felt this was the responsibility of Viator to locate our driver. We discovered that the driver did not park at our hotel as instructed and he then illegally and dangerously reversed his vehicle on a one way street to turn into the location of our hotel entrance. Once we were in to the vehicle the driver started driving away with the back trunk door open. I would not recommend booking this experience. I also did not find Viator helpful.
Dear Catherine, we are really sorry for the inconvenience. Driver arrived punctually but couldn't stop directly in front of the hotel. He had to reverse, and he got stressed as he tried to apologize. <p>Driver was on time for a 4:15am pick-up, had a great attitude, and did a great job managing all of our luggage. Super company to use for airport transfers!</p>
