The driver for our private transfer to the Madrid airport arrived at our hotel 15 minutes before our scheduled time. This was very much appreciated as it allowed time for loading of our luggage and schedule margin in case of busy traffic. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and had ample room for all our luggage. The driver was courteous and friendly. He expertly navigated to MAD and got us safely there right on schedule. Highly recommend.

Had to walk several city blocks with luggage to n tow since the driver could not get close enough to our pick up spot. Never mind that several taxis and other vehicles had no issue.
Dear Jorge, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. The area is a pedestrian zone with narrow streets. Also between 8-9:30 am the carriers deliver to the stores. Overall… an excellent experience. The driver was on time and very professional. He drove us around the Plaza Colon for a final view of the city. Will miss Madrid for now, but will definitely return!
