Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Geachte gast, Wij willen u graag belangrijke informatie verstrekken over uw luchthavenvervoersservice op uw vertrekdag. Onze chauffeur haalt u op het afgesproken tijdstip op bij uw hotel. Wij verzoeken u om minimaal 10 minuten voor uw ophaaltijd klaar te staan en uit te checken. Houd er rekening mee dat de chauffeur maximaal 15 minuten na de afgesproken tijd mag wachten en daarna moet vertrekken. De ophaaltijd is zorgvuldig aanbevolen, rekening houdend met onze ervaring met verkeer en wachttijden op de luchthaven. Wilt u deze wijzigen, dan doet u dat op eigen risico. Indien u uw ophaaltijd wilt wijzigen, laat het ons dan zo spoedig mogelijk per e-mail weten en vermeld daarbij de nieuwe gewenste tijd. Wij verwerken uw verzoek zo snel mogelijk, maar de wijziging is pas geldig nadat u onze schriftelijke bevestiging heeft ontvangen. Om er zeker van te zijn dat we aanpassingen kunnen maken, is het belangrijk dat u ons uiterlijk om 12:00 uur 's middags op de hoogte stelt van de servicebeurt. Wij adviseren u de gegevens op uw bevestigingsvoucher te controleren om te controleren of de informatie correct is, inclusief data, tijden, ophaallocatie en andere belangrijke informatie. Als uw vlucht wordt gewijzigd, vertraagd is of als er zich een andere onvoorziene gebeurtenis voordoet, laat het ons dan weten door op deze e-mail te reageren. We booked a private sedan to transport us from the Cancun airport to Tulum. It was a great choice!!!! Ride came with free Corona and water. Our driver Eduardo was super friendly!! He even allowed us to connect our Bluetooth to the car. Will book with this company again!
