Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Geachte gast: Wij willen u graag belangrijke informatie verstrekken over uw luchthaventransfer op uw vertrekdag. De chauffeur haalt u op het afgesproken tijdstip op bij uw hotel. Wij verzoeken u om minimaal 10 minuten voor de ophaaltijd klaar te staan en uit te checken. Houd er rekening mee dat de chauffeur maximaal 15 minuten na de afgesproken tijd mag wachten, waarna hij of zij moet vertrekken. De ophaaltijd is zorgvuldig aanbevolen, rekening houdend met ervaringen met het verkeer en de wachttijden op de luchthaven. Als u het wilt wijzigen, doet u dat op eigen risico. Als u de ophaaltijd wilt wijzigen, verzoeken wij u ons zo spoedig mogelijk per e-mail op de hoogte te stellen en de nieuwe gewenste tijd te vermelden. We zullen uw verzoek zo snel mogelijk verwerken, maar de wijziging is pas geldig nadat u een schriftelijke bevestiging heeft ontvangen. Om ervoor te zorgen dat we de nodige aanpassingen kunnen maken, is het essentieel dat u ons vóór 12:00 uur 's middags de dag vóór uw service op de hoogte stelt. We raden u aan de details van uw bevestigingsvoucher te controleren om te verifiëren of de informatie correct is, inclusief data, tijden, ophaallocatie en andere belangrijke details. Als uw vlucht wordt gewijzigd, vertraagd is of als er zich een andere gebeurtenis voordoet, laat het ons dan weten door op deze e-mail te reageren. I used STP for round trip airport travel via the luxury van. My arrival flight was delayed about an hour and a half, I reached out via email to inform them and received confirmation that they were tracking my flight and would be there when I landed. Upon arrival I was greeted by Samuel as soon as I excited the airport. Joaquin was my driver and he was extremely nice! The ride to the resort was really pleasant. There was cold water, hand sanitizer and a cold towel provided before we even pulled off. Joaquin also made sure we had the WiFi password and an option for music. My return trip was at 5:15am, Mr. Gomez was at the resort by 5:00 with a smile on to greet us. Again, there was cold water, hand sanitizer and cold towels provided even so early in the morning. Mr. Gomez ensured we had the WiFi password and we had a great conversation during the ride. Overall, I had an exceptional experience with STP! They’ll be my preferred transport provider anytime I’m in Cancun!
