Tickets voor Versailles geven je toegang tot het paleis om onder andere de beroemde Spiegelzaal te zien. Na uw bezoek maakt u een wandeling langs een promenade die van het paleis naar het Canal Grande leidt, waar u een lunchpauze houdt in het historische restaurant "La Flotille" met de gastronomische driegangenlunch die apart wordt gekocht. De dag gaat verder met haltes Grand Trianon en Petit Trianon voor de terugkeer naar Parijs.

Je zult ook de Queen's Hamlet ontdekken, een gestileerd Normandisch dorp en boerderij gebouwd voor Marie Antoinette, waar ze zich terugtrok met haar beste vrienden om te genieten van een intiem en rustiek leven.

My guide was so knowledgeable about all the little details of Versailles and all the moments of history that lead to Versailles being used as the palace. I loved learning about why specific paintings were in each room and what the room was meant to convey. My guide knew the timings in the fountains, which only run for 1 hour, 3 days a week, and he made sure I saw them before they shut off. I chose this tour as a solo traveler who wanted all the history & details of Versailles, the gardens, as well as Trianon and it was even better than I expected. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

Not enough superlatives to describe the exceptional quality of our guide Zara. She was perfect in every way and we learned SO much! She made sure we experienced every single point of interest listed on the itinerary and knew how to navigate the crowds. We were especially thankful to tour both Grand and Petit Trianon with her and enjoyed visiting Marie Antoinette’s hamlet. Lunch at La Flotille was also wonderful and she made a long 8.5 hour day fly by. It was totally worth the high cost.

Versailles is stunning with the painted ceilings and beautiful furnishings. The topping on the cake is Marie Antoinette’s farm. It truly takes you back in time. And there are no crowds there. You can take your time and soak it all in. There are even animals there. Our guide, Chris provided great information and answered all our questions. A truly special day
We loved this tour, we had Rosanna. It was worth every penny and we actually received information about other monuments that we passed on the way out of Paris and wouldn’t have otherwise seen, in addition to receiving information and the history of Paris. We loved the restaurant choice near Versailles. We appreciated her tailoring the tour to our needs. She was very attentive, patient and kind.
