- Van 1 april tot en met 31 oktober zijn er in de tuinen van het paleis speciale muziek- en fonteinshows. Fonteinshows vinden plaats op zaterdag en zondag, maar ook op dinsdag in mei en juni en op nationale feestdagen. Houd er rekening mee dat de fonteinen werken volgens een vast schema - ze draaien niet continu gedurende de dag. Op de andere dagen van de week in deze periode, de tuinen huisvesten de Musical Gardens, waar muziek wordt gespeeld in de hele bosjes.
- Zorg dat je 15 minuten voor vertrektijd van de tour bij het verzamelpunt bent. We moeten de trein nemen naar Versailles en we kunnen niet wachten op laatkomers.
- De rondleiding door het Paleis en de tuinen van Versailles duurt 3 uur.
- Je moet ongeveer 40 minuten per enkele reis toevoegen om met de trein van en naar het paleis te komen.
- U kunt uw tour annuleren tot 24 uur voor vertrek en ontvangt een volledige terugbetaling. Houd er rekening mee dat restituties niet mogelijk zijn voor gemiste tours.
- Als u van plan bent om met de taxi bij het verzamelpunt aan te komen, zorg er dan voor dat u voldoende tijd overhoudt, het kan vaak behoorlijk wat tijd kosten om een taxi in Parijs te vinden!

This was a great tour that was extremely well organised. We were met by Berwick at Montparnesse station and taken to our host for the tour, Amelie at Versailles itself. Amelie was really friendly and knowledgeable, providing an array of insights into the impressive Chateau and gardens. We all had earpieces so we could hear what she was saying without her having to shout unlike some other companies. They could however improve the sound quality a little as occasionally it cut out for a few seconds. Versailles is of course supremely impressive but the Petit Trianon and Grande Trianon are well worth a visit and our tour included admission. This was a great tour made extra special,by Amelie and we would definitely recommend.
We had such a great time! It was very organized. The meeting place was quite easy to find outside of Montparnasse station. Our metro guide was so nice and helpful and brought us right to our historian/guide who was absolutely wonderful and made for a pleasant visit. Thank you

This tour was great from start to finish! We met Berek at the meeting point and he navigated the small group through the train station. He was very patient and taught everyone how to navigate, for not only the day trip, but future use! Berek took us to meet our Versailles tour guide, Stan. Stan was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history of the grounds. I would definitely recommend for those that are looking for a seamless day!

The trip was great. Beatrice did a nice job getting us to the palace and our guide once we arrived at the palace was superb. He was very knowledgeable and worked well our slower (foot speed) travelers. I highly recommend the excursion!

Wonderful time. Our guide Claire was delightful, and we loved her efficiency, trivia and stories, and ability to maneuver around the crowds. The train was easy and practical, allowing for visitors to stay in the gardens for as long as they wanted and return at their convenience. We did the 3 hour tour (there was also a full day option that others in our group did), and that was perfect for our kids (10, 12, 14).
