We enjoyed the walk. It was great directions how the app knew exactly where we were and the voice turned off and on as we progressed down the street. Went into neighborhoods that we wouldn't have gone had we not taken the tour. All in all, it was a good inexpensive tour.

What was not clear for the walking tour was that the starting point (Pub) is a 1 mile walk from and back to the ferry landing. I suppose I could have ridden trolley on and off. Informative. Very clear directions from stopping point to stopping point. Great way to know the “inside story” of Coronado. Loved being able to take my time at a stop. Thank you.

Not worth the cost of the tour. Travelled with my partner did not need to book for two guests. Poor review is also based on the fact that what we saw we could have done on our own and not need to book a formal tour.

If you’d like to get in touch, we’d be happy to share an access code for another tour and hopefully make your purchase feel a little more worthwhile. Regarding the tour itself, many guests use it for the historical context, local stories, and suggested stops beyond simply walking around Coronado, though we understand it may not be the right fit for every traveler. This tour hits the highlights of what Coronado is about in 2 hours. Even though we were already familiar with the city from previous visits we still learned new things and visited places we had not been to before. It’s a great way to learn about Coronado. I like that the tour gave you time to explore each spot and that at the end it gave suggestions of places on the island not within the tour route that are worth exploring on your own.

The tour was interesting and very informative; I also liked that it lets you wander a site as long as you want. It was unfortunate the other places mentioned at the end — Centennial Park, Heritage Tree and a third location — weren’t included in the tour, but It’s good to know about them so I can try to go on my own.
