Geniet van de Venetiaanse eilandentour in de noordelijke lagune om Murano, Burano en Torcello in al hun schoonheid te bewonderen. (Het eiland dat u bezoekt, is afhankelijk van de gekozen optie). Een begeleide boottocht naar de Venetiaanse lagune om deze prachtige plekken te ontdekken die rijk zijn aan geschiedenis en cultuur. De eerste stop is Murano, wereldwijd beroemd om zijn magische glasblaaskunst. Hier bezoekt u een glasfabriek en geniet u van een demonstratie door een lokale glasmeester die voor uw ogen een glaskunstwerk maakt! Vervolgens ziet u het pittoreske Burano-eiland met zijn veelkleurige huizen en de heerlijke lokale taarten "bussolai". Hier heeft u 1,5 uur de tijd om het eiland te bezoeken. De laatste stop is het mysterieuze Torcello met de oudste kerken van Venetië. Hier werd de Republiek Venetië geboren. Tijdens uw terugreis bewondert u de schoonheid van de Venetiaanse noordelijke lagune.

De eerste stop is Murano, die over de hele wereld bekend staat om zijn glasproductie. Murano's glaskunst wordt beschouwd als een synoniem van kostbaarheid en schoonheid. Je krijgt de gelegenheid om een authentieke glasoven te bezoeken met lokale ambachtslieden aan het werk. Tijdens het bezoek kun je wat lokale souvenirs kopen om te bewaren als aandenken aan deze ongelooflijke ervaring. Neem gewoon de tijd om het mooie eiland te ontdekken.
Vervolgens brengt dit bezoek u naar het pittoreske Burano: het eiland dat wereldberoemd is om zijn veelkleurige huizen en gevierd wordt om zijn unieke kantkunst. Mis de kans niet om het centrale plein en de kerk van San Martino te bezoeken met de "Kruisiging", een van de beroemdste schilderijen van Tiepolo. U heeft tijd om een onvergetelijke lunch op het eiland te hebben. Een geweldige excursie om de echte ziel van de Venetiaanse lagune te leven.

The boat did not give a grace. As in five minutes for not being on time, we got there at 2:31 and they had already pulled out. Requesting a full refund.

The boat ride was a little bit warm but other than that it was wonderful. We chose the option that included lunch and wine, it was more of a tasting than a lunch. Would recommend to just get lunch on the island instead.

Overall great experience with a funny and knowledgeable guide (Marta?)! The time allocated for both islands were absolutely sufficient and the recommendations for a nice espresso and tiramisu was more than lovely. I highly recommend doing this tour and spending one day exploring both islands, connecting with locals and get a small (or big ;) gift for friends and family.

Although I purchased a tour with an Italian-speaking guide, the guide only spoke English and did not translate anything. I asked for a partial refund for the poor service, but it was not accepted.

we saw a glass blowing factory in Mirano and a lace making store in Barono and a cookie factory. Interesting. Nice lunch in Barono
This is a guided boat ride to the islands. Once there you are shown into one of the murano glass factories, it’s a bit like a conveyor belt. On Burano you have a bit more time to wander, which was lovely. I wouldn’t bother with cicchetti and wine option - the information says you get three, but we were only given 2 each, and not allowed to make a choice. The guide David was very interesting and informative, unfortunately they cram 3 different tours into the one boat. We had a Spanish family sitting near us, where the parents were too interested in their phones than their children, who played up the whole time to get attention, and made it difficult to hear David’s commentary. I’m aware this was situational, but ruined the trip for us.
My daughters and I had a wonderful time on our tour to Murano and Burano. Our guide, Mikayla was very informative and super personable. She was warm and friendly and made the entire experience enjoyable.
They never showed up...we were on the phone with viator and they said they were there then said they left. Meeting point description was vaque, no tour company name listed...we got charged anyway. Viator said they woupd refund us then reversed decision. Very shady.
