Geniet van een 45 minuten durende tour door het Canal Grande en kleine grachten en bezoek betoverende gebieden in de cannaregio wijk.
Passeer de beroemde Basiliek van San Giovanni en Paolo
Terwijl u door de pittoreske zijkanalen van de wijk Cannaregio vaart, ziet u de prachtige kerk van Madonna Dell'Orto met zijn beroemde schilderijen van Tintoretto.
Geniet van een bezoek aan de wijk Cannaregio per boot.
Afhankelijk van het verschijnsel van hoogtij, moeten we het reisplan soms iets aanpassen en een bezoek brengen aan dit kanaal waar u een beroemde gondola-werf kunt zien waar gondels worden gebouwd.
Bij vloed nemen we soms deze route via het Giudecca-kanaal, vanwaar u het eiland Giudecca kunt bekijken met de beroemde Palladiaanse villa's en delen van het San Polo-district van Venetië
In het tweede deel van de tour genieten van een wandeling in het verborgen Venetië, een bezoek aan Marco Polo huis (van buitenaf) en via een labyrint van achteraf straatjes bezoek betoverende pleinen (campi in Venetië) en het echte Venetië. Stop bij een patisserie voor een gebakje en koffie of 1 of 2 cicchetti met een glas wijn (afhankelijk van het tijdstip van de dag).

- De tour is niet geschikt voor personen in rolstoelen of met loopbeperkingen. Passagiers moeten namelijk omlaag de boot instappen. Het niveauverschil als gevolg van de getijden kan het vaartuig instabiel maken.
- Tours gaan door bij elke weersomstandigheid, dus trek geschikte kleding aan
- Boten zijn deels overdekt en deels open - In het open gedeelte is ruimte voor 8 tot 9 personen van ‘normaal postuur’
- Bij hoog water zal de tour nog wel plaatsvinden, maar moet deze mogelijk deels worden aangepast vanwege de weersomstandigheden

We arrived a few minutes before 5:30. We asked the water taxis if we were in the right place, they said yes. We asked all the boats that were there if they were on our tour. No one said, yes. We asked tourists on the dock if they were on the tour. No one said yes. I looked at my phone and tried to call the number on my confirmation. The answer machine said closed for the weekend. I asked for refund through TripAdvisor app. Please issue me a complete refund. We were very disappointed.
Dear Client, Our guide was at the meeting point specified in the tour voucher holding a sign with your name until 6.00pm. We tried and called the number in the booking without receiving any answer. In the voucher . We have an emergency number that is from where we tried an called you but never received any call from you. I checked also our office number but pulling up the call history could not find any phone call from yesterday at the time of your tour. I'm sorry you did not take the tour but we were there with guide and boat and tried several times to get in touch with you. Kind Regards Monica
A truly special way to see the more intimate side of Venice - the ride is smooth, comfortable and really allows you to feel like a local. Highly recommend this tour!
We had a great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and welcoming, despite the fact that we arrived a few minutes late (and the company was very responsive when we reached out to let them know we were delayed getting to the meeting spot). We liked that the boat’s route took us up the Grand Canal but also through smaller waterways - a great way to get a feel for Venice while learning about its history, architecture, and current culture. Definitely recommend.

Dear client, You have made the booking for the 6th July and we have never received any comunication that you intended to book for the 5th July. It would not be a problem for us to rearrange for the day before if we had been notified. We’ve been in business for almost 25 years and it is our top priority to deliver quality experiences to our clients and always try and accomodate last minute changes if possible and of course if we are notified, which did not happen in your case. On the day of the tour both the guide and the boat were ready to do the tour but nobody showed up at the meeting point. We tried to get in touch with you both by phone and by messages and the response was that the tour was to be done the day before (5 July) and that you had already gone. We received no communication of the change of date from you nor from Viator, which is the platform from which this booking came to us. As additional confirmation that nothing was communicated to us is that the reservation for 6 July was still confirmed on Viator's website. A few days before 6th July you confirmed the wooden boat option for this tour by paying an upgrade. As mentioned at the beginning we are very sorry about this situation but with the information in our possession: the confirmation of the booking on the Viator website and the lack of communication from you; for us the tour remained confirmed on 6 July at 15:30. I understand mistakes can happen but as far as we are concerned we had the tour booked for the date that you have selected via viator site. We were picked up at the Saint Regis and our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable on the palaces and overall region. We covered a lot of water, the Grand Canal and several secondary waterways. We had a very good experience and highly recommend.
We had a nice boat ride around Venice. The boats speaker system was cutting out half the time so we could only hear half of what the tour guide said. The tour guide's accent was so thick we could only understand about half of what she was saying, so could only get about a quarter of the presentation.
Amazing experience! Francesca was knowledgeable and lovely. The boat tour was fabulous. Our children were made to feel very happy throughout and Francesca was happy to take some great Pictures of us all too! Would definitely recommend.
