Excellent tour through some of the less touristy areas of Venice. Sneh was a really excellent guide - knowledgable and very well spoken. Highly recommended.
Sneh, our expert local guide, gave us a private tour of the real Venice—the side of the city that most tourists never get to experience. Over the course of a few hours, he took us on a fascinating journey through Venice's history in four engaging chapters, bringing to life the city's origins, its people, and its unique architecture. The tour was informative, engaging, and thoughtfully paced. Sneh was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer every question we had with ease. To top it off, he kindly shared his personal recommendations with us after the tour, which made the experience even more special. A truly unforgettable tour that we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to discover the authentic Venice.

If you're visiting Venice, I'd highly recommend doing this walking tour, especially at the start of your stay. Francesco was fantastic throughout. His knowledge of Venice was incredible and it was clear he genuinely loves the city and enjoys sharing it with others. What I liked most was that it never felt like he was just reading facts or talking at us. It felt like we were walking around Venice with a local friend who knew every street, every story and every hidden corner. We got to see both the famous tourist attractions and the quieter local areas that we probably never would have found ourselves. Francesco also looked after the group really well. In the July heat he made sure we had chances to refill our water, kept everyone together, and pointed out the areas where pickpockets are common so we could stay safe. For a first day in Venice, I honestly don't think you could ask for a better introduction to the city. Friendly, informative, well paced and full of interesting stories. It gave us a much better understanding of Venice than we would have had exploring on our own. A well deserved 5 stars.

Our guide was very thorough and helpful. Answered questions quickly. Quick walker and wanted us to appreciate authentic Venice vs tourist view. Nice small group was what we wanted.
Our tour guide was Sneh. We had tons of confusion a few days prior to this tour about who needs to get what tickets , ended up being this is a local guide vs licensed tour guide , so he was not allowed to go near any historical buildings, we had no idea . Overall he was good. He just needs to keep his political views to himself.
