They were not there when I arrived Then they texted they were canceling and I would get a refund I then had to argue my flight was only 30 minutes late and it mentioned they wait for an hour I was extremely upset Then finally they told me they got me confused with another It was ok after that The driver was ok at best The boat was ok as well
We were pick up by our driver at the airport very friendly and took us to our water taxi The water taxi was fun!
Wonderful experience, the fancy car ride to the private water taxi. It was great to have the trip all to ourselves.
Top of the line vehicle and boat and great customer service. I vastly over-estimated the time needed at the airport (new EES, etc) and our flight was early. I was able to contact the provider and get earlier transport. I do think it is over-priced because you can do the same water taxi for 120€ for all three people.
Make sure your phone is turned on or you have WiFi to communicate with your driver! I didn’t and my driver had a hard time finding me. In the end, it all worked out with the help of another local and my driver was very pleasant and friendly. We both apologized for the miscommunication. The MB van was very clean and comfortable with the AC on full blast! Since my hotel was reachable by car, I didn’t need the private water taxi portion of the fee and was offered a partial refund.
We used this company for both our airport transfer to the hotel and our return trip at the end of our stay in Venice. Everything was seamless from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and on time for both pickups, which made traveling much less stressful. The boat and shuttle were clean and comfortable, and communication throughout the process was excellent. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable transportation to and from the Venice airport.

Did not find reservations. Walk twice to pier. No person with name waiting. Only after multiple time at company desk was I able to resolve.
First of all, ask yourself why you kept walking back and forth. You simply had to wait in the arrivals hall, where your driver was waiting with a name sign, as clearly stated in the booking instructions. Second, the desk you went to belongs to another company. Venice is a large city with many transfer companies. Going to a different company’s desk does not mean our driver was not there. Finally, before leaving a negative review, it would be fair to carefully follow the meeting instructions provided in your confirmation.
driver was polite and nicely presented but This is mainly a drive to dirty port area and a short boat ride. Not the traditional arrival into Venice by water taxi that I’ve had using hotel taxis in the past.
Of course, a red carpet, champagne, and fireworks would also make for a wonderful welcome to Venice. However, I’m sorry that you still haven’t understood that you simply purchased a transfer, exactly as described, and that is exactly the service you received. Venice is a unique and very challenging city, with navigation routes that can change at any time due to tides, weather, traffic restrictions, or other operational conditions. Despite this, we delivered exactly the service that was booked. Reading your review, it honestly feels as though if it had rained that day, you probably wouldn’t have given us even one star.
The water taxi arrived promptly to our hotel and then we were transferred to a van and dropped off at the airport. It was convenient, reliable, and stress free!
