Dit komt omdat we een vluchtvolgsysteem hebben. Er worden geen extra kosten in rekening gebracht voor een vertraagde vlucht We worden op de hoogte gehouden als er een lange rij is voor het visum. Dus geen paniek. we zullen op je wachten. we kunnen u helpen met verloren bagage en een claim indienen en u terugbrengen zodra de tassen zijn aangekomen. Dit gebeurt zelden. Zoek een chauffeur met een bordje met je naam erop. De hotline/klantenondersteuning is 24 uur per dag geopend. U kunt op elk moment bellen of whatsappen voordat u aan boord gaat.

Nuru reached out before my flight , said he was tracking. He was waiting with a sign just outside of customs. Easy. Couldn’t ask for more.

Nuru, the driver, meet us at the airport and bring us to the town center to meet with the Safari van. He was so helpful. We asked where to change money and he took time to show us, we chat a little on the way, he explained some traditions, food and was very kind! Very satisfied with the service!

After a delayed plane and a long wait at customs, Nuru my driver was still waiting for me. Excellent service, after a long travel day he was entertaining and informative, pointing out various sights on the way. When arriving at my hotel he waited with me until I was all checked In and everything ok. Would definitely recommend, ask for Nuru.
