- Naam op het ticket: Alle toegangskaarten moeten op naam van de bezoeker worden gekocht. Het is verplicht om ervoor te zorgen dat de naam die tijdens het boekingsproces is ingevoerd overeenkomt met de identificatie van de bezoeker. Ongeacht de koper moet het ticket op naam van de bezoeker staan om geldig te zijn voor toegang.
- Ongeldige tickets: Als de naam op het ticket niet overeenkomt met de identiteit van de bezoeker, wordt het ticket als ongeldig beschouwd en kan het niet worden gebruikt voor toegang.
- Aansprakelijkheid: Wij aanvaarden geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid voor eventuele fouten gemaakt tijdens het boekingsproces. Als de naam van de bezoeker verkeerd is ingevoerd, is het ticket ongeldig en kunnen er geen terugbetalingen of correcties worden uitgevoerd.
- Veiligheid: Bezoekers moeten door de beveiliging van de luchthaven. De wachttijd bij de veiligheidscontrole kan meer dan 30 minuten duren, afhankelijk van de Vaticaanse veiligheid.

- Houd er rekening mee dat de Sixtijnse Kapel op donderdag 23 oktober gesloten is vanwege interne Vaticaanse evenementen.
- Zaterdag 3 januari 2026 De Sixtijnse Kapel zal sluiten voor het publiek vanaf 14:00 uur, met de laatste toegang om 13:00 uur. Zaterdag 10 januari 2026 De Sixtijnse Kapel zal sluiten voor het publiek vanaf 12:00 uur, met de laatste toegang om 11:00 uur.
- Wij willen u erop wijzen dat er van 12 januari tot 31 maart buitengewone onderhoudswerkzaamheden zullen plaatsvinden aan het Laatste Oordeel van Michelangelo in de Sixtijnse Kapel. Om deze reden worden er steigers geplaatst die in deze periode de hele muur bedekken.

The tour was postponed for an hour and 15 minutes and the guide while nice was extremely difficult to understand.
The Vatican tour was truly breathtaking, filled with incredible sights that brought history to life. Our guide was knowledgeable, patient, and kind, making the experience even more meaningful. The company went above and beyond by reuniting a family member who had purchased a separate ticket—something that seemed nearly impossible, especially right before Easter—ensuring she was able to join our group. Their effort made the experience even more memorable, and I’m incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend this tour.
They should never trust Viator. I enter an internet site that says 25 Euros per person to visit the Vatican Museum and I finished paying much, much more. This is a scam.

Definitely worth purchasing in order to get past the outrageous entry lines. The guide was very knowledgeable but, I will say that we hurried along a lot of the trip to make it to the Sistine Chapel and left a lot out. (Like major art, such as "School of Athens." My spouse and I ended up leaving the group at the end of the Sistine Chapel visit (forgoing a skip-the-line entry into Peter's Basilica) to go back and really look at the galleries that we had zoomed through previously or altogether had missed.

Bought tickets through your site. Then nothing was sent to me via email as stated. Tried to find something on the site. Followed the copied link and again found nothing. So we went down to the Vatican and purchased tickets there again and right before the new tour get a call asking where we are from your vendor. I explained we never received any instructions, tickets or anything to my email or junk folder. Gentleman said that very rarely happens, but I told him it did this time and I had already bought new tickets. Now he and Trip Advisor are telling me they are not going to give me a refund.

I am not one to leave a negative review but I was really disappointed in this tour. It was very unorganized for entry and they left early from the meeting point. Once we were inside the guide gave us too much information that didn’t even really go along well with what we were seeing. I know that might sound silly to have too much information but it was not interesting and made the tour drag on. They provide speakers that clip onto your ear that are very uncomfortable and do not stay on and not easy to hear the guide. The guides English was also difficult to understand. For the $240 we paid for this tour I expected a lot more history and knowledge.

I was there with my husband and 9 year-old son. I was unsure as to whether or not my son would be able to stay interested for the length of the tour (as 2.5-3 hours is a big ask for a 9 year old) but Alessandra was so knowledgeable and engaging, with all of us but especially with Jacob to keep him interested, that he was interested right to the end. We learnt so much in a short time from Alessandra who is a very warm and personable character - the time flew by very quickly. I highly recommend.
