Vaticaanse Musea & Sixtijnse Kapel Tour met Sint-Pietersbasiliek

Sultan was great about communicating with us beforehand, but his female counterpart in the office was very disrespectful and unfriendly. After we started the tour - with an actual archaeologist - we all agreed that the “skip the lines” purchase was the way to go. At 40,000 people visiting Vatican City each day, there will always be crowds along the way, but with our guide we were able to proceed through each location without any hassle. I definitely recommend “skip the lines” when visiting. If you’re lucky enough to get an actual archaeologist, you’ll be singing this same song of praise!

Unfortunately because of Roma traffic we arrived after our tour time. Had to pay even more for a new tour, 500 in total. No refunds! I get this is business, not happy with the way on how this went down. As for the tour we did take, we were rushed thought everything, no time to sit and enjoy any of the Vatican.

I reached out prior to the tour and asked if my 86 yr old dad could bring a walker into the tour I was told yes and everything was good until we reached the point of entering into the Sistine chapel and our tour guide was told we could not carry his walker down the steps as he is able bodied and can walk. Our guide said we would have to go back and take a different entrance and she would try and wait as we also had skip the line ticket into St. Peter’s basilica as our guide vita would walk us in with the tour group. We paid $613 for the 4 of us and all of a sudden Vita said we could not take the walker into St. Peter’s basilica and she was not going to wait and our tour was now over and said bu-bye and left us. We back tracked and asked security at the sistine chapel where the entrance was for my father to have access into the Sistine chapel and then after had to walk outside to a 4-5 hour line to get into St. Peter’s basilica. We asked a policeman who was help guiding the crowd if my father could bring his walker into St. Peter’s Basilica . He told us yes. Your guide should be ashamed of herself for treating elderly customers who needed extra time taking our money and leaving us and lying to us saying my father couldn’t take his walker into the basilica either. I expect someone to contact me about refunding some of our money as we were left on our own to reach the basilica from the outside I have pictures with us being inside with my father using his walker. We did not get what we paid for and you knew in advance my father had a walker. Shameful and very disappointed on how we and most of all my father was treated

The company was great. The people were very helpful. They even called me to let me know what time to meet. My guide was hard to understand and after 2 hours we still had not seen Rafaello and The Sistine Chapel. We had to leave the tour and finish on our own we were on a time crunch.

Amazing tour would definitely recommend to save the longgggggg wait of the ticket que and security line. guide was informative and funny i had a great time thanks to him! (Can’t remember guides name so sorry! it starts with an F )

To start with, we were running late and the guy coordinating the tool held our place, so definitely grateful for that. Our tour guide was excellent and gave us such in depth knowledge about the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Highly recommend this tour group.
