- Dresscode vereist voor toegang tot gebedshuizen. Knieën en schouders moeten bedekt zijn voor zowel mannen als vrouwen. Niet-naleving kan leiden tot weigering van toegang.
- Geen restituties in geval van late aankomst of niet-aankomst.
- Zelfs bij Skip-the-Line tickets zijn verplichte veiligheidscontroles vereist en kunnen korte wachttijden veroorzaken.
- Grote bagage, rugzakken, statieven en paraplu's moeten voor binnenkomst in de garderobe worden achtergelaten. Wij raden aan geen grote tassen mee te nemen.
- Kinderen van 0 t/m 6 jaar komen gratis binnen en hebben geen ticket nodig.
- Een geldig paspoort of rijbewijs is vereist voor identiteitscontrole bij de ingang.
- Alle tickets moeten op naam van de bezoeker worden uitgegeven. De naam op het ticket moet exact overeenkomen met het geldige legitimatiebewijs van de bezoeker. Tickets met naammismatch zijn ongeldig en worden niet terugbetaald.
- De Sixtijnse Kapel kan zonder kennisgeving sluiten vanwege religieuze gebeurtenissen of pauselijke ceremonies. Toegang tot Vaticaanse Musea blijft geldig. Geen restituties van toepassing.
- Tijdens de piekuren kan de toegang tot de luchthaven met maximaal 30 minuten worden vertraagd vanwege de veiligheidsprocedures van het Vaticaan. In dergelijke gevallen gelden geen restituties.
- Vooraf reserveren : Tickets worden digitaal geleverd via e-mail of WhatsApp. Boekingen op dezelfde dag of op het laatste moment: Tickets moeten worden opgehaald bij het ontmoetingspunt dat op de voucher staat vermeld.
- Belangrijke reisaankondiging : Alle tickets voor Vaticaanse Musea zijn strikt niet-restitueerbaar en niet-wijzigbaar zodra ze zijn bevestigd, inclusief in geval van oorlog (recente wereldwijde conflicten) of een onvoorziene noodsituatie.

On December 22 the Vatican ticket office was closed until 1:00 PM which made getting tickets a bit difficult. I couldn’t find any online and the line on-site was long. So, I was able to get a ticket at the location. A staff member named Zakia helped me during the process, which was useful. Overall, the experience was okay but could have been smoother

Your organization is insufficient since I had to go get the paper tickets from your office it's 2025 you could have been sent by email

Had a difficult time obtaining the actual tickets to get in. Got in quickly after obtaining them. I felt like communication was poor. Very crowded even at 830am. Sistine chapel was an underwhelming experience

This is not a ticket. You must go to a kiosk to get your tickets. When we arrived early as we were concerned that we didn’t have any verifiable tickets after we paid $265 and no cancellation possible we were sent away to not return until 30 min before our entry time. We did finally get our tickets and they were valid, but a very overpriced way to see the Vatican. I would suggest buying the tickets elsewhere.

When you booked through Viator, you received a booking voucher; however, this is not your entry ticket. You arrived at our office earlier than necessary. As stated in the voucher instructions, we provide the actual tickets 20 minutes before the scheduled time. If you found our prices to be high, please know that we are a private company, and it is common for us to sell tickets at prices different from retail. In the future, we recommend booking at least one year in advance with the Vatican. This will give you a clearer understanding of the procedures and requirements. Instead of making judgments based solely on your experience, we encourage you to review what you booked carefully." Thank you for your understanding.
Was great to skip the line, but annoying to have to go and get printed tickets. Also pick up place address was wrong. It’s 40, not 38. Irritating

We were initially worried from the reviews, but the ticket was legitimate. You just have to go to their tour booth listed on the voucher ahead of time to pick up the ticket.

We arrived early to pick up our tickets and the very helpful young man got us earlier tickets, brought us somewhere to grab something to eat and walked us over to ensure we got in the right line. Tried to give him a little something but he resisted, indicating he was happy to help. Entrance to the Vatican Museum was seamless and it was great to not have to wait in a very long line despite the early entrance. Definitely worth it to skip the line.

Perfect for a busy time of the season. We had to get the voucher at a meeting point a block from the Vatican entrance. Our facilitator Frank was efficient. He walked us exactly inside the Vatican Museum and got the tickets for us. Perfect for someone who likes things done for them and done the right way. This is just Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel.

Be prepared for a lot of walking because it is very big, but there is so much to see and learn. A lot of history and details.
