All we got were two tickets to the Vatican Museum at triple the cost. No skip the line. I hope Viator bans this company.
Good Evening thank you for the feed bake ,consider once you collect the tickets you have only time limit of 30 minutes maximan to go in the vatican minus, if you go late of course you must wait the same if you go to the vatican entry before the time you have been book do not allow to go in before the time you book . and remember there is a security control and the check in with tickets this prouse takes 5...6..minutes if you were late it's not our fault .Regards .
Amazing value, fast track entrance to the sites. A very knowledgeable guide who covered plenty of the key sites within the tour time. Definitely recommend.

The only thing these tickets provided was quick entry. And that was great. So don't have expectations that this is a guided tour or even a good audio tour. But download Rick Steves Vatican tour and you'll be good to go!!

You must pick up your tickets 6 long blocks from the museum entrance, when you get to the entrance to the museum gate 1, there is a very large crowd trying to get in, it took us about 20 minutes in line to get it, total caos and disorder, I want my money, back. Don't pay for this, the line was faster than us who paid to skip the line.
Buy the tickets! You don’t want to be one of those poor souls standing in line for hours (hoping) to get in. We went end of May and it was VERY BUSY. We took the self-guided tour and it was perfect for me and my wife. We could stop and look at what interested us, take in the gardens, go where we wanted. The rest of crowd looked like drones with audio pieces in their ears on a school trip.
Memorable experience. A lot to see. Been there with friends. We had a great time. Vatican museums are must to see when you are in Rome.
