Halte 1: Ticket ophalen bij Vicolo del Farinone 23| Kom op het moment van uw reservering naar onze winkel om uw skip-the-line tickets op te halen. Ons adres is Vicolo del Farinone 23. Hoe er te komen : Vanaf het Sint-Pietersplein loopt u onder de rechter colonnade door (als u naar de Basiliek kijkt). Vicolo del Farinone is de eerste straat na de boog. Zoek naar het Gyash Tours bord.
Halte 2: Vaticaanse Musea Oriëntatie Onze medewerkers zullen u voorzien van duidelijke instructies en een plattegrond om u te helpen de ingang van de Vaticaanse Musea te bereiken (ongeveer 10-15 minuten loopafstand). We leggen je de beste route uit om verwarring te voorkomen en een vlotte aankomst te garanderen.
De Sixtijnse Kapel is het hoogtepunt van artistieke prestaties binnen de Vaticaanse Musea. Gebouwd in de 15e eeuw, is deze heilige ruimte versierd met buitengewone fresco's van Renaissance meesters, met het iconische plafond van Michelangelo als het meest gevierde hoogtepunt. - Naam op het ticket: Alle toegangskaarten moeten op naam van de bezoeker worden gekocht. Het is verplicht om ervoor te zorgen dat de naam die tijdens het boekingsproces is ingevoerd overeenkomt met de identificatie van de bezoeker. Ongeacht de koper moet het ticket op naam van de bezoeker staan om geldig te zijn voor toegang.
- Ongeldige tickets: Als de naam op het ticket niet overeenkomt met de identiteit van de bezoeker, wordt het ticket als ongeldig beschouwd en kan het niet worden gebruikt voor toegang.
- Aansprakelijkheid: Wij aanvaarden geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid voor eventuele fouten gemaakt tijdens het boekingsproces. Als de naam van de bezoeker verkeerd is ingevoerd, is het ticket ongeldig en kunnen er geen terugbetalingen of correcties worden uitgevoerd.
- Veiligheid: Bezoekers moeten door de beveiliging van de luchthaven. De wachttijd bij de veiligheidscontrole kan meer dan 30 minuten duren, afhankelijk van de Vaticaanse veiligheid.

- Het ticket moet worden opgehaald in onze winkel op Vicolo del Farinone 23
- Mindervalide bezoekers kunnen vrij naar binnen met een geldig ID/paspoort en een gehandicaptenkaart met een handicapniveau van meer dan 74%.
- Zaterdag 3 januari 2026 De Sixtijnse Kapel zal sluiten voor het publiek vanaf 14:00 uur, met de laatste toegang om 13:00 uur. Zaterdag 10 januari 2026 De Sixtijnse Kapel zal sluiten voor het publiek vanaf 12:00 uur, met de laatste toegang om 11:00 uur.
- Wij informeren u dat van 12 januari tot 31 maart buitengewone onderhoudswerkzaamheden zullen plaatsvinden aan het Laatste Oordeel van Michelangelo in de Sixtijnse Kapel. Om deze reden worden er steigers geplaatst die in deze periode de hele muur bedekken.

Basically this tour was just getting in without the wait in line. After getting in you are on your own. We could not get the map of the Vatican after we got in to download on our phones. There were tons of people and hot in some areas.

As described, our service allows customers to access the Vatican Museums without waiting in the regular ticket line; once inside, visitors continue the visit independently. Regarding the heat, the large number of visitors, and the internet connection inside the Museums, these aspects are managed directly by the Vatican Museums and are not under our control. 170 euros for something that is worth 25. And without even an audio guide. I had to pay for it separately. Incredible.

I’ve never left a review, but I am so grateful for the help I received that I had to. Feel free to ignore if you hate essays. I’m not one for third-party-bookings (with respect), but I was out of options with a week left in Italy. I was a bit hesitant about meeting somewhere to receive the ticket, but it was no big deal, as it’s a pretty close walk to the Vatican. I had run into an issue and couldn’t be at the meeting point on time, and they accommodated me well. They walked me to the Vatican to make sure I could get in within the 30min time frame allowed. They had also offered to meet me at the Vatican and bring me my ticket. I was then brought the rest of the way (they waited!) by Juan, who is a very nice and happy man. He made me feel extremely comfortable about accidentally being a menace. We breezed through the speedy line and the 95° made every cent worth it. Juan went as far as going to the counter with me to ensure they’d accept my ticket. Don’t tell anyone, but you can stay as long as you want in the museum despite a listed time frame. You will be prompted to leave by 7:30 though! You don’t have to dress fancy, cover the shoulders and knees (I brought a shawl) -only have to wear in the Sistine Chapel-not the museum! No backpacks. Wear comfy shoes and enjoy. Shoutout Juan.

We made it to the office and were told to wait. Our tour was at 12:30 and they came back to get us at 12:45. They tried to get an extra $50 for a tour guide (the ad said this was included in the price). When we declined the fella got mad at us. Then he gave us our tickets and sent us on our way with verbal directions. When we got to the Vatican museums, the lady at check in said that the audio was included. Late for our tour, dismissed and sitting in a dirty area waiting… NOT the highlight of our vacation.
