Uw skip-the-line reservering zorgt ervoor dat u meer tijd heeft om deze prachtige meesterwerken te bezoeken in plaats van uren in de rij te staan. Na de ontmoeting met uw gastheer wordt u begeleid naar binnen in de grote zaal zonder in de rij te hoeven staan en ontvangt u uw tickets. Ontdek het Museum Pio-Clementino, de thuisbasis van de beroemde " Laocoön en zijn zonen ", bekend om het inspireren van Michelangelo en andere beroemde Italiaanse kunstenaars. Hier vindt u ook de "Belvedere Torso", en de Ronde Hal. Mis zeker de Raphael Rooms niet, gelegen op de tweede verdieping met uitzicht op de zuidkant van de Belvedere Courtyard, vier kamers volledig versierd met prachtige fresco's van Italiaanse renaissancekunstenaars, waaronder Raphael.

Begin uw ervaring door uw gastheer of, indien inbegrepen, uw Expert Gids te ontmoeten, die uw skip-the-line tickets zal verstrekken en u zal helpen toegang te krijgen tot de Vaticaanse Musea. Voor begeleide opties zijn headsets inbegrepen voor duidelijk commentaar terwijl u enkele van de meest gevierde hoogtepunten van het museum verkent, van de Pinecone Courtyard tot het Pio-Clementino Museum en de prachtige Vaticaanse Galerieën. Uw Gids brengt de Collecties tot leven met verhalen en inzichten onderweg. Als u kiest voor de ticket-only optie, begeleidt uw gastheer u naar de ingang en bezoekt u vervolgens zelfstandig de musea.
Ontdek de Cortile della Pigna, een markante binnenplaats in de openlucht vernoemd naar zijn monumentale bronzen dennenappel.

Houd er rekening mee dat dit gedeelte niet altijd is inbegrepen in de optie Rondleiding, omdat de route kan variëren afhankelijk van de bezoekersstroom binnen de musea.
Ontdek de Kaartengalerij, een opmerkelijke Vaticaanse galerij versierd met rijk gedetailleerde frescokaarten die de geografie en schoonheid van Italië vieren, samen met andere iconische secties zoals de Kandelaargalerij en de Wandtapijtengalerij.
Bewonder de Rafaëlkamers, een reeks buitengewone kamers met fresco's die bekend staan om hun schoonheid en om meesterwerken zoals De School van Athene, een van Raphaels meest gevierde werken. Houd er rekening mee dat dit gedeelte niet altijd is inbegrepen in de optie Rondleiding, omdat de route kan variëren afhankelijk van de bezoekersstroom binnen de musea.
Uw ervaring gaat verder met een bezoek aan de Sixtijnse Kapel, een van 's werelds beroemdste en meest ontzagwekkende bezienswaardigheden. Bewonder de bijzondere fresco's van Michelangelo, van de schepping van Adam tot het dramatische Laatste Oordeel, en geniet van de schoonheid en betekenis van deze heilige ruimte. Omdat de kapel een plaats van aanbidding is, zijn stilte en respectvol gedrag vereist tijdens het bezoek. Het in het echt zien is een onvergetelijk hoogtepunt van elke Vaticaanse ervaring.

- Houd er rekening mee dat de toegang tot de Sixtijnse Kapel en de Sint-Pietersbasiliek onderhevig is aan Vaticaanse voorschriften en officiële evenementen en deze gebieden zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving kunnen sluiten. Uw ticket geeft echter nog steeds toegang tot de Vaticaanse Musea en gedeeltelijke restituties kunnen niet worden verstrekt
- Knieën en schouders moeten bedekt zijn om binnen te komen tijdens uw bezoek.
- Een verplichte veiligheidscontrole om toegang te krijgen tot de musea kan een wachttijd van maximaal 30 minuten vereisen.
- Bezoekers met een gecertificeerde handicap van meer dan 67% hebben recht op gratis toegang. Als de bezoeker niet zelfvoorzienend is, krijgt één begeleider ook gratis toegang.
- Inchecken bij het verzamelpunt, Via Sebastiano Veniero 74, is verplicht om de officiële tickets op te halen, omdat de boekingsvoucher niet wordt geaccepteerd om binnen te komen
- De tour omvat het beklimmen van trappen. Er is geen lift in de meeste gebieden van de Vaticaanse Musea. Comfortabele schoenen worden aanbevolen.
- Kinderwagens zijn toegestaan in de Vaticaanse Musea, maar houd er rekening mee dat de meeste ruimtes een trap hebben en een beperkte lifttoegang. Als de optie Basilica is geselecteerd, moeten kinderwagens worden ingeklapt en door de ingang worden gedragen. Het is niet mogelijk om met een wandelwagen mee te gaan, tenzij deze opvouwbaar is.
- Rolstoelen en mobiliteitshulpmiddelen kunnen vanwege veiligheidsvoorschriften niet worden gebruikt om de Sint-Pietersbasiliek via de uitgang van de Sixtijnse Kapel te betreden. Om deze reden kunnen reizigers met een rolstoel niet deelnemen aan de groepstour, omdat ze een aparte toegankelijke route moeten volgen die trappen vermijdt. Wij raden u aan om contact met ons op te nemen voordat u boekt voor verdere hulp.
- Neem een geldig paspoort of identiteitsbewijs met foto mee, omdat dit vereist kan zijn voor toegangscontroles en veiligheidscontroles in de Vaticaanse Musea.
- De ticketprijs is inclusief de officiële entreeprijs voor Vaticaanse Musea (€20 + €5 per volwassene, €8 + €5 per kind van 6 - 18 jaar), plus toepasselijke belastingen, reserveringskosten, gehoste toegang en assistentie bij ontmoetingspunten.
- Houd er rekening mee dat een live Gids en de Sint-Pietersbasiliek niet bij elke boekingsoptie zijn inbegrepen. Om toegang tot de basiliek of een rondleiding in uw ervaring op te nemen, moet u de specifieke optie selecteren die duidelijk een live Gids of Sint-Pietersbasiliek vermeldt op het moment van boeking. Wij raden u vriendelijk aan de geselecteerde optie en de insluitsels zorgvuldig te bekijken voordat u uw reservering voltooit.
- Het spijt ons, maar laatkomers kunnen niet deelnemen aan de rondleiding (indien geselecteerd) vanwege de museumvoorschriften
- Houd er rekening mee dat skip-the-line toegang niet kan worden gegarandeerd voor late aankomsten, aangezien voorrang alleen geldig is voor het gereserveerde tijdslot.
- Toegang tot de basiliek, indien geselecteerd in uw optie, is alleen toegestaan met de Gids, en de prioriteit kan niet onafhankelijk worden gebruikt, omdat deze is opgenomen via een gedeelde groeps reservering

We met a tour guide and skipped the line and were walked right into the building and left us there to roam as we wish. Audio devices are available for rent however, if the Sistine chapel is all you want it do then walking through the museum is a must, since each room lends to the next and the Sistine Chapel is at the end. FYI This ticket doesn’t include the St. Peter’s Basilica ( which is free) but skip the line pass is needed to enter the church. Without the pass the line is an a 2 hr wait. This must be purchased on site at a tent outside the the basilica. Best excursion of the trip!.

At the meeting point, we were able to stay cool despite the heat in Rome on July 31st. All the guides were super friendly and we arrived at the Vatican Museum without lines. It was great, I recommend it.

Process to get the ticket was easy. As part of a large group, we were led through the three check points in the tour group line. But once inside we were on our own. It was so hot, I would not want to be in a tour group, stopping so much to listen to a guide! Haha! We used the museum's audio guide.

Our guide Julia was fantastic!!! She was funny, friendly, so nice and patient with our group of 6 very hot NY’ers lol. We wound up cutting our tour short because of the heat, but absolutely no fault of Julia. Would recommend this tour a million times but if it’s hot, bring fans and water!
