This seems like a dubious provider. When we went to collect the tickets, we were told that the whole ticket system at the Vatican would not work. This was obviously not true. Our hotel also made clarifications in parallel with us. This was a lie from the provider. We were given a new appointment 4 days later, we were there an hour before the agreed time, the woman behind the counter showed me the tickets and said we should not come back until 45 minutes later. When we were back in business, she suddenly claimed that she could not give us the tickets, as she had received an email from us in the meantime that we would rather get the refund. That was a fabricated claim. We stood there with our children and wanted to have the tickets to the museum. Only after vehement insistence did she think she could give us the ticket, but she had to photograph the whole family (!) as proof that we had accepted the tickets. We threatened to sue - after all, her colleague took us all the way to the entrance. The whole thing was very mysterious, definitely not professional and suspicious.
I don't know which through you booked the tickets. May be you booked through third party agency otherwise why you asked refund before your visiting time? We got an email from your booking portal for refund money & we show this refund request when you came to collect your ticket in our office. We have the proof for refund request which is come from you. So, I force to say to you that, you created the problem. I never seen any client who asked for refund and then come to take tickets. That's why we took your Signature & Photo proof. Everyday we have more than 100 client whose we give reliable service on time, only you made the problem to ask refund money before the visiting time. I hope you understand.
They helped us when we were late, getting different tickets for free. Very good treatment recommended 100%.
