- Studentenkorting wordt alleen toegepast onder de 26 jaar oud met International Student Card ISIC, om op de site te worden getoond

- Kinderen van 0-5 jaar hebben gratis toegang
- Niet toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers vanwege een aantal problemen in de Sixtijnse Kapel.

- HET IS NIET MOGELIJK DE BASILIEK TE BEZOEKEN TIJDENS RELIGIEUZE FEESTDAGEN EN CEREMONIES (audiënties, zaligverklaringen, missen van de PAUS). De basiliek is vaak onderhevig aan plotselinge sluitingen. In deze gevallen is het niet mogelijk om toegang tot de Basiliek te garanderen.
- Geschatte tijdinvoer in het museum is 45 minuten na het vertrek van de tour, omdat je de veiligheidscontrole moet passeren.
- Niet aanbevolen voor deelnemers met mobiliteitsproblemen of andere ernstige medische aandoeningen
- HUISDIEREN ZIJN NIET TOEGESTAAN
- Er vindt geen restitutie plaats op reserveringskosten en tickets van monumenten die gesloten zijn vanwege een evenement waar wij geen invloed op hebben.
- In dat geval zullen we ons best doen om de tour opnieuw te laten plaatsvinden wanneer de informatie van het kantoor dat verantwoordelijk is voor de bezochte sites tijdig wordt verstrekt, zodat we alle klanten kunnen herschikken en informeren.
- Als dit niet mogelijk is, zullen we de tour uitvoeren en andere sites opnemen om te compenseren voor de sluiting van de site(s). Er wordt geen restitutie gegeven op ongebruikte tickets vanwege evenementen die buiten onze controle liggen.
- Elk terugbetalingsverzoek MOET binnen en uiterlijk 48 uur vanaf de dag van de tour worden gedaan

The first tour I booked for Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel was canceled. I called Viator, and the rebooked me on the same tour for the same day but different time. I was told tour would be 3 hours. When we got to the tour (skip-the-line) the 4 people in my group we added to another group. The tour was supposed to start at 11 a.m., but we didn't actually start until 12:45 p.m. The tour lasted 1 hour. We lost about half of our group when we were getting ready to enter the Sistine Chapel. The tour guide didn't care, she just moved on. She left us in the Sistine Chapel and ended our tour there. She was not a very good guide. A lot of her descriptions had sexual innuendo, which I found to be unprofessional. I paid MORE for this tour than the one that was canceled. I didn't receive what the booking agent described and was very disappointed. It was a waste of money.

Just beautiful. I rarely got to say that. The guide as well as very prepared breathed an air of passion. He never looked at the clock and from about 2 hours the tour lasted 3h and 30min! I can only recommend it.

Our guide was very informative and his history of the Vatican was very impressive! The tour took most of the day and he did not stop to even take a drink. The only thing i found is that we weren't given much time to take photos as the tour moved quite quickly as there is so much to see but it wasn't a problem as we walked back into the Vatican after the tour finished to take some photos.
Our tour was absolutely amazing. We got lucky and only had 4 people in our group. Our guide Massimo Lacobelli was the best! Great sense of humor and so passionate about his job. You could tell he genuinely loved giving tours and made the experience that much better. We booked a second tour with the same company because of how good Massimo and the organization was.
We visited the Vatican museums in 2018 without a guide.and had not gained much from this visit given the crowds and limitations of an audio guide Visiting Rome in 2019 , we renewed our visit but this time with a guide.There is no photo , despite a still large crowd , we were able to fully appreciate this visit thanks to the competence of our guide who took the time before introducing us to the visit and give essential information on the history of the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel
Itg may or may not be the fault of the tour company, but ALL of the group tours are sent through at the same time. There's no time to really stop and enjoy the museums because the guide keeps admonishing you to keep moving. We were told we would be taken through the Vatican gardens and we were not. We were told we would get a guided tour inside St. Peter's Basilica and we did not. Save your money...

Tour guide excellent - very informative. The only improvement suggested, would be a map to indicate clearly where the meeting point is.
