The guide was very knowledgeable about the forest and also had a lot of laughter and was friendly with others.
This was the best experience that we had in Vienna. We got to taste various different local foods so much we couldn’t finish so many good things to try. We also got shown how to use public transportation. It was so easy because someone was showing us the way. He was a gentleman and enjoyed conversation with him and the company. All the other guests made the tour complete kudos Patrick Brown for doing a fantastic job. We recommending this Tours for all our friends who we know are traveling to Vienna you made our day. The guide was friendly, punctual, and made the day run smoothly, so I appreciate his effort. That said, this experience felt much more like a transportation service than an actual guided tour. I booked expecting to learn about the history, culture, and landmarks of Bratislava and Budapest while being guided through each city. Instead, we only heard a few facts here and there, with long stretches of independent exploring. If you’re looking for an educational or immersive tour, this probably isn’t it. The van was also quite cramped, which made the long day of traveling less comfortable than I had hoped. Overall, if I were doing this trip again, I would skip the tour, take the train to each city, and explore on my own. It would have been a more flexible experience and, for me, a better value.
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Vienna! My wife and I had an amazing day visiting Budapest first and then Bratislava. The itinerary was well organized, the transportation was comfortable, and we had enough time to experience the highlights of both beautiful cities. What truly made this tour exceptional was our guide, Samuel. From the moment we met him, his friendly personality and enthusiasm made everyone feel welcome. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, and landmarks in both Budapest and Bratislava, and he shared fascinating stories throughout the day that really brought each destination to life. Samuel was also very accommodating, making sure everyone was comfortable, answering every question with patience, and offering great recommendations during our free time. It was obvious that he has a genuine passion for the places he guides, and that passion made the entire experience even more enjoyable. A special highlight was our visit to Bratislava. My wife is of Slovakian heritage, and thanks to Samuel's passion, knowledge, and love for the city, she absolutely fell in love with Bratislava. Seeing her connect with her family's heritage in such a meaningful way made the experience even more memorable for both of us. If you're looking for an easy and enjoyable way to see two incredible European capitals in one day, I highly recommend this tour. And if you're lucky enough to have Samuel as your guide, you're in for an unforgettable experience. Thank you for such a fantastic day!
The driver was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was attentive about when he would be at the hotel to pick me up. He made the whole experience delightful. I have nothing negative to say about Samuel the guide he was excellent. The only criticism I would have of the tour was that in the van if you’re in the back it can be difficult to hear the guide. Maybe get them a microphone. For what we saw and got to do it was an excellent day and made easier by the guide Samuel even when the temperature was 103f/40c. Make sure you have a good pair of shoes there is a lot of walking. I did 11,000 steps.
Pavel was our guide. Be was friendly and very knowledgeable. We were here during the record breaking heat wave and his care for all of us to have the best experience and make us comfortable was exceptional.

Very good tour overall. Michal H. was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and gave great recommendations throughout the day. He was also an excellent driver, which made the long trip very comfortable. The walking tour was well done and hit the major highlights and sites in both Bratislava and Budapest. I especially enjoyed learning more about the history of both cities. I only wish we had a little more time in Budapest and time to visit the Central Market, because the day went by so quickly. The hotel pick-up and drop-off was also a huge plus and made everything very easy. Overall, a great experience.

Lovely trip if you want to experience two different countries and cultures outside of Vienna. The history was brief but thorough, the recommendations for sites and food were on point, and the beauty was beyond compare. The guides and drivers were really flexible and responsive! Great trip:)
