1️⃣ Ochtendvertrek Het ontmoetingspunt is in Milaan bij de bushalte “Morandi & Veditalia”. Hier ontmoet u uw reisleider, gemakkelijk herkenbaar aan een bord met de tournaam, klaar om u te verwelkomen en u te begeleiden op dit avontuur.
2️⃣ **Como ontdekken, Italië** Bij aankomst in Como kunt u genieten van een begeleide wandeling door het historische centrum. Na deze introductie heb je vrije tijd om elegante boetieks te bekijken, te ontspannen in een café of gewoon te genieten van de charme van deze prachtige stad.
3️⃣ Scenic Cruise op het Comomeer Maak een panoramische cruise van ongeveer een uur over het kristalheldere water van het Comomeer. Onderweg bewondert u adembenemende landschappen en historische villa's langs de kust. De cruise brengt u rechtstreeks naar Bellagio.
4️⃣ **Stop in Bellagio** Aangekomen in dit charmante stadje, bekend om zijn spectaculaire uitzichten en pittoreske straatjes, verken je samen met je reisleider de meest iconische plekken. Our guide, Matteo, was fabulous! The tour was the perfect mix of bus and free time, we were able to see so much of the Lake Como area. I highly recommend!!
At first we could not find our bus we contacted the number we received they tried to help us, finaly we found the bus. The guide ( bibi) was very nice and helpful we enjoyed the ride with her. She was very professional!
I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. It would have been better if we had loner time in Lugano to see few shops and have time to be near the lake front. Overall it was good. The tour guide Bibi was fun.

We were not happy with this tour we gave up our timeslot so people could for people could be together, but in a long run, it didn’t help us out because we weren’t on the bus. They couldn’t find our names. It was just a big mess plus we end up having to pay more taxi fares and we showed up.
For non-European customers it is necessary to bring the original passport, this is clearly written in the program and we also remind you of it assiduously in the message inviting you to the tour.
A really good tour, well organized despite the large influx of tourists, Bellgio is lovely

Not worth the trouble total rip off find another guide or plan the trip yourself using the train system
There's no train system that connects the three cities in one day; Bellagio isn't even served by train. Just reading the other reviews is enough to understand that this tour is worth it, for Bellagio, two lakes and two countries in a single day.
It is an all day experience. The chance to visit just a bit Switzerland was nice. There was plenty of time for me to walk around and see the highlights of each place. I particularly enjoyed the boat ride.
