- Reistijden kunnen variëren door lokaal verkeer of onvoorziene omstandigheden.
- Vanwege de oneffen wegen in Bellagio en Como wordt de tour niet aanbevolen voor personen met beperkte mobiliteit.
- Wijzigingen in de vertrektijden of de reisroute kunnen optreden vanwege veiligheidsredenen of andere factoren buiten onze controle.
- Houd er rekening mee dat het om interne planningsredenen mogelijk is dat voor sommige data een derde stop in Lugano aan de tour wordt toegevoegd.

The group leader or guide is a major criterion. We had Carla. Excellent. We were lucky as there were ony of 7 people in the group.
The timing for each spot was perfect. We never felt rushed nor bored. At each stop Alex provided suggested routes which was very much like chose your own adventure.

We just picked Como and Bellagio, didn't want to go to Lugano. First scare in the morning the departure time was changed, message came via WhatsApp the day before. Unfortunately it was not apparent to me that it was the tour operator, so number not accepted. Thus message not received. Luckily the lady in the hotline was very friendly and helped us to get to the right meeting place very quickly. Start first stop Como, very short from 9.45 to 10.30 am free time. Shops were only just opening, unfortunately it was already going on. Next stop Ferry 15 min drive to Bellagio. Bellagio was very nice, fantastic, food browse and already pass it on after about 2 1/4 hours. Ride 50 min by boat on Lake Como, quite nice. And then to the bus and we had to ride Lugano, the bus just kept going. We were at about 4.45 pm in Lugano 1 hour, since Sunday was, nothing left. We killed time until the bus went back to milano. Como more time and also in bellagio would be great, Lugano not recommended, we also did not want. It's too bad. Still exhausting and very nice impressions.

My wife and I have been doing this excursion and we really liked it. It is very complete and you make the most of the day. Our guide was Alex and the boy did very well! We had a nice day.

Great trip! Alejandro was a great tour kid. Every one was on time. The bus driver Antonio did a great job. There was a lot of traffic in Cuomo.
Originally I booked a 10 Hour tour to see Como and Bellagio. I was hoping to have a little more time in each of those places rather than spread the 10 hours over 3 different places. But the day before we were scheduled to go they informed me that we would be going to Lugano, Switzerland as well. The biggest issue I had was that our guide did not speak English well and most of the day, we had no idea how long it would take to get from point A to point B. Furthermore he would start a sentence in English and then switch to Spanish and never complete his original thought in English. The bus ride to Lugano was long and we really wanted to have more time exploring Como and Bellagio. The towns themselves are gorgeous and worth seeing and with a different guide it might have been a better overall experience.

I chose this particular experience because it was one that did not include entering Switzerland -mentioned in other trips but not explicitly in this one.
