Vanuit Faro : Benagil wandelkliffen en de 4 schatten ervaring

Hallo allemaal! Welkom bij onze Benagil Treasure Hiking Experience. Huisdieren zijn welkom !!!! Onderweg maak ik een paar stops om fantastische foto’s te maken! Laten we over de kliffen van Praia da Marinha wandelen, opgenomen in de Michelin Gids : 24 miljoen jaar oud waar u de prachtige foto van de Titanic, het hart en de brug kunt vinden - 1e schat. Daarna bezoeken we de top van de Benagil Cave een 16 miljoen jaar oude grot. Vanaf de top kunt u het interieur van het grotbad aan zee zien. 2e schat. De 3e schat omvat een bezoek aan Algarseco. Daar kunt u een bezoek brengen aan de Boneca-grot en zijn uitsparingen uitgesleten door zeewater, gelegen op het pad van de zeven hangende vallei. Voor wat timeout gaan we naar Praia da Senhora da Rocha en Nova Beach. De 4e schat. Daar kunt u een 16e-eeuwse kleine kapel bezoeken die op een klif is gebouwd en een tunnel die de twee stranden door de rots verbindt. Als het weer en de zee het toelaat kunt u zwemmen, ontspannen en/of wandelen langs de kliffen.

8u20 : We ontmoeten elkaar voor het treinstation van Faro - Largo de Santo Amaro Faro. Om 8u30 vertrekken we op ons busje en rijden richting Benagil, ongeveer 60km. Kom alsjeblieft niet te laat.
1e schat : Praia da Marinha - Wandeling (50 tot 60 minuten lopen) om de brug, het hart en de Titanic rotsformatie te bezoeken
Vertrek voor een bezoek aan de 2e schat : Geniet van een vogelvlucht uitzicht op Benagil Cave
Vertrek voor een bezoek aan de 3e schat : Algar Seco Carvoeiro. Een rotsformatie met grotten en schitterende uitzichten
Vertrek voor een bezoek aan de 4e schat : Ga naar Senhora da Rocha en het Praia Nova-strand. Loop door een rotstunnel. Als het weer het toelaat wat vrije tijd hebben op het strand Snorkelen uitrusting voorzien
Vertrek naar de Faro op onze Van. ca. 60kms

- Snorkelen vindt alleen plaats als de zeeomstandigheden gunstig/veilig zijn voor deze activiteit.

Highly recommend this excursion. We had a fantastic day with Claire, she took us to see beautiful places and was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Claire even sent us pictures she had taken on WhatsApp after the trip which was a really nice touch.

We had such a lovely time exploring the benagil caves. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and we enjoyed ourselves so much. Everyone involved in the trip was amazing and communicated well with us. Special shout out to our tour guide Sebastian who is an asset to Algarve sensation. He was so welcoming, polite and gave us all the history we needed to know. He went above and beyond for us and took beautiful pictures of the scenery and the group of us and sent them to us. Also want to mention the boat drivers Pino and Dhino who were so funny and informative. THANK YOU SO MUCH :)

We had an amazing tour with Claire! She explained everything well and took beautiful pictures of us. Duration time was great as well, Claire borrowed us some beach umbrellas and we really enjoyed our trip :)

As an alternative to the boat tour, the hike was quite enjoyable and easy. Claire, our guide, ensured that we had an amazing time. She skillfully navigated through the crowd and ensured that we had the best views. Her extensive knowledge of the local vegetation provided us with valuable insights into the area’s ecology. If the seas are rough during your visit, I highly recommend taking this route to see the Benagil.

Claire was a fantastic guide and highly recommend this tour. She did her best to ensure we saw sites, taught us some history of each area and kept us to a reasonable time line. She even helped take pictures when I couldn't get to myself. Claire even had umbrellas and snorkel equipment to use at the beach.
