Als uw locatie er niet bij staat, kiest u gewoon de dichtstbijzijnde beschikbare optie en ontmoet u ons daar. - Pick-ups starten tot 20 minuten voor de geplande vertrektijd. Wees dan alsjeblieft klaar en wacht buiten op een vlotte start. - Pick-up locaties worden gepland op basis van elke tour en kan variëren per dag. Als er wijzigingen zijn in uw ophaalplek, laat het ons dan van tevoren weten. - Onze gidsen maken meerdere stops en komen mogelijk binnen 10 minuten aan. Went for a Waiotapu & Polynesian Spa at Rotorua tour from Auckland with Jamie as the tour guide. Although the journey was far, the destinations were wonderful. Time allocated for both places were adequate to enjoy. Water and snack was also provided which was great. There were also stops for toilet and coffee

This is a great day trip! You share the day with a group but everyone splits to do different things in Rotorua. I honestly had no idea there was so much to do! You’ll be up early for this one, but it’s worth it. I did the geothermal pools and the thermal spa - love it. I also got the see a bit of the redwood forest because of a drop off and timing allowed me to catch the cultural show for a nominal fee (if your combo doesn’t include the village but you get the chance to see the show, go). The coach is comfy and David was determined to make sure everyone had a good time and was accommodating in all things. If you’re in two minds, book this. It’s a great day trip and worth the early wake up.

Jason was a nice tour guide who made a point to speak to everyone and learn all names. He shared a lot of facts along the tour and was also pretty funny. Wai O Tapu was cool to see- we had time to explore on our own. The Polynesian Spa was nice, but a bit boring. I am not sure I would book that option again given the price.

The Waiotapu Thermal Park was great to see and the Polynesian Spa hot spring pools overlooking the lake were absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this tour.

So relaxing, enjoyed the heated beds and the beautiful scenery, several spa bathes to enjoy, passed on the polar plunge but many were doing it

David is such a nice guy. Very personable and knows a lot about New Zealand and about Auckland with a touch of his personal stories which is very entertaining. I also forgot my phone in the van so I contacted the operator who then contacted David and just after a few minutes, he arrived at the hotel. The entire tour was a great experience. We went to extra places that were not part of the tour but were already on the way. What a great way to end the day at the Polynesian Spa. This is a 10 out of 10 stars.
