Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Gratis ophaalservice is beschikbaar bij hotels, appartementen in de stad Abu Dhabi en cruiseterminal Abu Dhabi (Port Zayed). Ophaalservice vanaf Abu Dhabi Airport beschikbaar bij Premier Inn Hotel Abu Dhabi. De ophaaltijd is binnen 45 minuten na je geboekte tijd, er wordt de dag voor de tour contact met je opgenomen via WhatsApp, e-mail of telefoon om de exacte ophaaltijd te bevestigen.

- Kledingvoorschrift voor moskeeën en paleizen: Vrouwen moeten lange, losse kleding dragen om er zeker van te zijn dat hun armen en benen volledig bedekt zijn. Ze zijn ook verplicht om de hele tijd hun hoofd te bedekken als ze zich in de moskee bevinden. Voor het bezoek aan de moskee zal het bedrijf echter indien nodig de lange lokale Abaya voorzien van een sjaal (lange zwarte jurk) die moet worden teruggestuurd.
- Mannen mogen niet boven hun knieën verschijnen en zijn verplicht hun schouders te bedekken. Als u dit niet doet, wordt de toegang geweigerd. Het bedrijf levert geen enkele vorm van kleding aan mannen.
- De duur van de tour staat vast voor elke tour/activiteit. Maar de drop-off kan later of eerder zijn. De genoemde timing is afhankelijk van het verkeer in de stad. Soms kan het afleveren 30-45 minuten later zijn dan de genoemde tijd.
- Lunch niet inbegrepen - op eigen kosten
- Tijdens presidentiële evenementen kan Qasr Al Watan zonder voorafgaande aankondigingen worden gesloten voor het publiek, aangezien het een nationaal paleis is. Het zal echter worden vervangen door Qasr Al Hosn of Heritage Village (afhankelijk van wat op die dag beschikbaar is).
- Er rijdt een pendelbus naar de ingang vanaf de hoofdingang van het paleis.
- Rondleidingen zijn niet toegestaan in het paleis; uw gids zal vóór het bezoek belangrijke informatie over het paleis vertellen.
- Tijdens het moskeebezoek moeten tatoeages bedekt zijn.

The flight (EY206) from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai (starting from Abu Dhabi on 26th May) was delayed due to some snag on catering truck. There were no announcements or other information about the delay, but ground staff was giving us an idea about it. On flight, food, seating and all other amenities were excellent. In one of the seats (21A) the entertainment screen was giving frequent trouble. But otherwise, all facilities were good. We had some trouble getting a glass of water. The crew kept on telling, that we will get it. But actually, we got it only with dinner. Even while serving dinner, the crew was going back and forth quite a lot and that delayed the dinner. Food quality was good. The baggage was tagged properly for fast clearing and loading on this connecting flight and we got it in time - in spite of short layover. One very pleasant surprise was the new Etihad Terminal. It is a much better one as compared to my earlier experience in 2018 or so.
The staff at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Centre were friendly and thoughtful. I appreciated the birthday treat and they upgraded me to a suite on my birthday due to issues, which was a kind gesture. However, my original room was grimy and uncomfortable. After a long day out on my birthday, I had to cancel my evening plans to move rooms, which was frustrating. The strong outside wind made sleeping difficult, and earplugs were not provided. On top of that, there aren’t many nearby food options, which made things less convenient. Overall, while the staff were polite and considerate, the hotel needs to improve room cleanliness, noise management, and local amenities for a more seamless stay.

This tour was great. I got picked up at my hotel and then they took us to a group tour bus. The group tour guide (Mostafa Y) was amazing and really cared about showing and telling us what all the buildings and landmarks were. Probably the best tour that I have been on in a while.
An absolutely amazing experience with truly breathtaking views! Thanks to Ahmed Hussein , every moment of the excursion was pure enjoyment. Everything was perfectly organized and thoughtfully planned step by step. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for something special.
We had a wonderful time visiting the different mosques and palaces around Abu Dhabi. We also got to try some delicious food at our lunch stop!

This is a review for Viator not the tour itself. I didn’t get to go on the tour since Viator mixed my request for date change, after hours of messing my reservation, they couldn’t bother to do anything about the issue that was their fault. So ended up paying for nothing
