Wandel door het historische Gastown en rijd door het bruisende Chinatown met live commentaar van uw lokale Expert Gids. Steek vervolgens Lions Gate Bridge over naar North Vancouver en breng 2 uur door bij Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Loop de legendarische 136 - meter hangbrug, 70 meter boven de canyon. Ontdek de boomtop Avontuur — zeven bruggen door oude Douglassparren — en De spannende Cliffwalk langs de granieten klifwand. Kindvriendelijk. Werkt in alle weersomstandigheden. Stanley Park is een openbaar park van 405 hectare dat grenst aan het centrum van Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada en bijna volledig wordt omringd door de wateren van Vancouver Harbor en English Bay. Het park heeft een lange geschiedenis en was een van de eerste gebieden die in de stad werden verkend.
Chinatown staat bekend om zijn levendige eetscene, met traditionele Aziatische bakkerijen, dim sum-restaurants en hippe cocktailbars. Potten van ginseng en gedroogde vis staan in de schappen van old-school apothekers, terwijl Chinese boodschappen vol met levende zeevruchten en exotische groenten de straten delen met indie-modewinkels.
Lively Gastown staat bekend om zijn fluitende Steam Clock en mix van souvenirwinkels, indie-kunstgalerijen en decorwinkels in Victoriaanse gebouwen. Een trendy eet- en drinkomgeving omvat chique cocktaillounges en restaurants die alles serveren, van gastronomische broodjes tot lokale zeevruchten. Hippe eetgelegenheden zijn ook te vinden in het aangrenzende Downtown Eastside-gebied, terwijl de opkomende wijk Railtown de thuisbasis is van edgy modestudio's.
De groep zal rijden over een prominente mijlpaal in Vancouver, de Lion's Gate Bridge, een brug van 1.890 voet (1.823 meter) die een ongeëvenaard uitzicht biedt op Vancouver Harbour, English Bay en verder.
Ga vervolgens naar een wereldberoemde voetbrug, de hangbrug van Capilano, om te wandelen tussen de torenhoge bomen van het omringende gematigde regenwoud en om de tradities van de inheemse bevolking van Coast Salish te leren. Vervolgens wordt de groep over de beruchte brug van 136 meter naar de andere kant van de rivier geleid. Klim op het bladerdak en loop door de loopbrug Treetop Adventure hoog boven de kloof en de rivier beneden. Voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar een meer spannende ervaring, probeer dan de 'Cliffwalk', de nieuwste attractie op de hangbrug Capilano. Deze adrenaline pompende reis reist door het regenwoud op een reeks hangende loopbruggen gebouwd vanaf de granieten rotswand om de groep toegang te geven tot onontgonnen gebieden van het park.

Both the. Capilano Bridge and Grouse Mountain experience exceeded our expectations!. It was a spectacular July day and it felt amazing to be amongst all the evergreens and beautiful views. The lumberjack and bird shows at Grouse were so entertaining. Our guide Stan was a wonderful driver and narrator. Fantastic day!!

Good overview of this fabulous city with the highlight being the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Cliff walk......definitely a must do! Not always for the faint hearted as it is 230' up but try to do it for the gorgeous views of the gorge below! Erick was kind, caring and informative but would have liked a little more history of this stunning city. We were very lucky though to have just the two of us, so plenty of personal attention by Erick as we had to time to share our own stories and journeys of life! Thank you Erick! Mo and Maureen

The suspension bridge was well worth seeing as well as Granville Island… but that’s shopping and food. The tour around the city was okay. Our guide Kevin was good but had some difficult personalities on this trip and seemed to have a bit of difficulty talking over them or asking them politely to keep it down so everyone could hear him

Not a lot of time to get out at each place except the Capalino suspension bridge. And 15 minutes on Danville island. Other than that everything else was drove by. And in a van that was not conducive to seeing much if sitting in the back.

The tour guide was on auto pilot and repeatedly just mentioned facts with very little enthusiasm. Otherwise he was very nice person.
