Begin je avontuur in het centrum van Vancouver, bekijk Canada Place en Jack Poole Plaza, de thuisbasis van de iconische Olympische Ketel uit 2010 en Douglas Coupland's Digitale Orka. Tour door het modedistrict van Vancouver, langs Blueblood Alley naar Stanley Park, een 1.000 hectare groot stadspark aan de rand van de stad. Stop bij de wereldberoemde Stanley Park Totem Poles en Hallelujah Point, met een schilderachtig uitzicht over Coal Harbour van de skyline van Vancouver City.
Reis over de Lions Gate Bridge, “de brug die bier bouwde”, om het Capilano Suspension Bridge Park te bezoeken, genesteld in het weelderige regenwoud van Noord-Vancouver hoog boven de Capilano River canyon. Geniet van het verhalencentrum en de indrukwekkende collectie kunstwerken van First Nations voordat u een adembenemende wandeling maakt over de wereldberoemde Capilano-hangbrug en het Treetops Adventure verkent. Vanaf de adembenemende Cliffwalk geniet u van een panoramisch uitzicht op torenhoge ceders en de Capilano-rivier die door de vallei beneden meandert terwijl u een oogje in het zeil houdt voor een vaak ongrijpbare Bald Eagle die boven u uit zweeft. Keer terug naar het centrum op een reis door West End, langs English Bay en bereid je voor om je zintuigen te verwennen op Granville Island Public Market. Deze levendige markt is een levendige kunstgemeenschap en een toevluchtsoord voor lokale ambachtslieden, met alles van heerlijk eten en drinken tot eclectische kunstwerken en muziek aan de westkust.
Vervolg uw reis door het sportdistrict, langs het BC Place-stadion en Roger's Arena naar het bruisende Chinatown, een eerbetoon aan het Verre Oosten, op weg naar het historische Gastown, het hart van Vancouver en waar het allemaal begon. Bezoek de Gastown Steam Clock, de meest gefotografeerde locatie in de stad voordat u uw tour afsluit bij Canada Place.

Excellent tour! Joe was an amazing tour guide…extremely knowledgeable about the Vancouver area. Maggie was an excellent bus driver and was always on time to pick us up. Definitely recommend this tour!
It's difficult to know what tour to book when they all look alike. If you can book with Star tours DO IT. They are phenomenal. Stephen was a great guide so knowledgeable and you could tell he loved his job Many tours now have just a driver and he does everything. Star tours has a driver and a guide and you get the best of both. The coach was super new and beautiful, the water was stored in a cooler out of site. And every aspect of this tour was a 10!!! We booked the city tour. 10x better than hop on hop off bus. Suggest waiting until you reach the Market b4 you have lunch. It was amazing I would book Star tours every time.

This tour was ideal in so many ways, expected and delightfully unexpected among them! We had one full day to explore Vancouver, BC, and this tour hit the right marks. You will visit a number of the must-see Vancouver sights. Surely, a highlight and drawing card is the Capilano Suspension Bridge park. Be sure to take advantage of as many of the interconnected trails available. (The Treeptops walk made me feel like an Ewok on Endor!) What really enhanced our experience was the dynamic duo of our guide Stephen and the (amazingly comfortable and stylish vehicle) driver Maggie. These two have such an engaging rapport, this was almost as much a living episode of “Modern Family” as it was an active and informative experience of Vancouver. This tour is a gem and we cannot recommend it enough!
