Very good

Driver was waiting for us at the airport and greeted us with a smile. She was friendly throughout the journey and gave us her card when we arrived. Very good!

Driver was careful and took us to our destination without any issues and avoided as many of the traffic jams as possible

Good, but communications could have been better

The price was OK, not cheap but not overly expensive. The driver arrived exactly on time and the car was big enough for us and the luggage. The only problems were that we were not given the driver's contact number and we were not told when the driver was on her way. This caused some worry especially and I called the number given which was the company number at the appointed time, the driver turned up about 30 seconds late. The driver could only speak Portuguese which wasn't a problem and is to be expected in Portugal!

On time but unfortunately without a child seat.

The driver was punctual and friendly. Unfortunately, our note stating that we needed a child seat was not read. That was very frustrating. Otherwise, we would have booked another taxi.

Excellent

Poor Transfer

We booked an 8-seater minibus for our group of 6 people along with 6 cases. However, upon arrival, we were left waiting for twenty minutes for our driver, which was frustrating. When we finally got to the minibus, we were disappointed to find it was far too small. There wasn't enough room for our luggage, forcing us to squeeze into the back while holding onto cases stacked on top of each other. Additionally, one lady had to sit in the front with two car seats, which made it very uncomfortable. Our return pickup was 7am which was delayed. The driver informed us he would be twenty minutes late. Thankfully, after reaching out to Booking.com, they were fantastic and arranged for two Uber taxis to take us to the airport as we’re still there forty five minutes later. Although the experience was stressful, we were relieved to make our flight home.

Visiting South Africa for the first time to do an international trail run event and then travel on a tour.

Booking of private taxi from airport was easy through booking.com. Even though the first booking was cancelled by provider I was still able to book another. Driver was super friendly and communicated well. Vehicle was in good condition and I felt safe on the journey.
