Proeverij Pompeii Tour loopt dagelijks van 11:30 tot 16:00 en is een zintuiglijke reis in de wereld van Bosco DE’ Medici. Het is meer dan een wijnproeverij : het is een pad door de geschiedenis, het ontdekken van het landgoed, zijn unieke productie en zijn diepe verbondenheid met het land van Pompeii. Deze ervaring stelt gasten in staat om de wortels van oude wijnbouwtradities te verkennen, waaronder onze heropleving van de Romeinse amfora-wijnproductie, net zoals dit 2000 jaar geleden werd gedaan. De tour omvat : Bezoek aan de 18e eeuwse boerderij Wandeling door de experimentele wijngaard Stop bij de Necropolis van 79 AD Verkenning van de wijnmakerijruimte Bezoek aan de raffinaderijruimte met houten vaten en amforen Een begeleide wijnproeverij gecombineerd met een typische Napolitaanse lunch.

De tour is een zintuiglijke reis door het landgoed Bosco DE' Medici, waar geschiedenis, traditie en wijn elkaar ontmoeten. Het is meer dan een eenvoudige proeverij, het is een echte onderdompeling in de cultuur van Pompeii : de gasten bezoeken de 18e-eeuwse boerderij, wandelen door de experimentele wijngaard, verkennen de Necropolis van 79 AD, en ontdek de wijnmakerij en raffinage kamers met vaten en amforen, waar we nog steeds wijnen produceren met behulp van oude Romeinse technieken. Bosco De Medici was a wonderful way to start our trip. After touring Pompeii, we toured the vineyards, saw the equestrian facility and had a really nice lunch and wine tasting. Our tour guide through the vineyards was Virginia who was excellent—she let me taste the most delicious tomato ever and took us to see horses and ponies since my daughter is into equestrian. Manny, our waiter, was really personable and attentive and the sommelier was wonderful about answering questions and introducing us to the various wines produced at the property.

Giuseppe (Pepe) greeted us and toured us through vineyard with a fantastic overview and introduction to the winery. Bosco de’ Medici is an absolutely perfect spot for so many things like incredible food, wine, people, experiences and so much more. We chose to have our wedding at Bosco de’ Medici this July and it was the most spectacular few days of our lives! The staff were all incredibly helpful, kind and patient with all of our guests! Margherita planned an amazing few days for us! Even when we thought the reception would have to be inside due to rain, the rain held off and all of the staff joined together to move tables, chairs, and all of the details outside! We were able to have a fantastic night of eating, dancing, drinking and celebrating under the lights and the disco ball! Everything was truly perfect. We can’t wait to go back again and again!

Great experience, really friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere. Great value for the five wines and food we had. Alessandro and Virginia were superb and we had a lovely time. Amazing experience- tons of great food and amazing wine that we were able to ship back to the USA. The golf cart tour in the beginning was great- it was super hot so we appreciated not having to walk. All the waiters were also excellent and so nice!!
