Het opgegeven tarief geldt voor een enkele reis en niet voor een retour. INFORMEER DE EXACTE OPHAALTIJD: Voor een ophaalservice op de luchthaven dient u de ophaaltijd 30-45 minuten later in te voeren en niet de tijd waarop uw vlucht landt. Zo vermijdt u wachtkosten na de 40 minuten gratis wachten vanaf uw landingstijd (na de 40 minuten, er wordt € 5 per 5 minuten in rekening gebracht). LET OP ALS U MET PROBLEMEN OP UW TERMINAL HEBT, NEEM DAN CONTACT MET ONS OP, AANGEZIEN ELKE VAN ONZE CHAUFFEURS EEN SCHEMA HEEFT DAT WORDT BIJGEHOUDEN. Voor vertrek vanaf hotel of appartement naar CDG-luchthaven, geef ons de ophaaltijd van het hotel en geef ons het vluchtnummer door. LET OP: er wordt € 20,00 extra in rekening gebracht als nachtkosten voor reserveringen tussen 21:30 uur en 06:00 uur. U dient contant te betalen, rechtstreeks aan de chauffeur. VERGADERPUNT MET CHAUFFEUR: - Op de luchthaven wacht onze chauffeur u op buiten de aankomsthal (of hij zal u de dag ervoor laten weten waar u hem precies kunt ontmoeten). Hij zal uw naam op een bord houden. Als u hem niet kunt vinden, bel ons dan op +33 7 63 66 30 30. Als er enige vertraging is, moet u ons zo snel mogelijk op de hoogte stellen, omdat we zullen controleren of we beschikbaarheid hebben om een voertuig voor u te regelen op basis van onze beschikbaarheid en planning. Als dit niet mogelijk is, kan de reservering niet worden gerestitueerd. - Voor vertrekken vanuit Parijs wacht onze chauffeur op het gewenste tijdstip buiten uw hotel of opgegeven adres. Hij zal contact met u opnemen zodra hij er is. Er wordt gratis 5 minuten extra vanaf de gevraagde ophaaltijd gegeven, voor alles boven die 5 minuten extra wordt er per 5 minuten 5 euro in rekening gebracht. My ride never appeared at the airport. Icalled the number when we arrived and they said they saw my reference number but never scheduled me a ride. The person on the other end did offer me an immediate refund and I saw it come through very quickly. I was lucky we could get a taxi and we didn't have too far to travel to our hotel from the airport. It actually ended up being cheaper by taxi so not sure what happened on their end but happy it was taken care of so quickly and I ended up saving some money after all . At least the customer service was on point
