Ons getrainde personeel zal u begroeten in een comfortabele en schone mini-SUV met airconditioning en ruime stoelen. De unit heeft een maximale capaciteit van 4 passagiers die comfortabel reizen, onze service omvat ook een reizigersverzekering aan boord. Om u van het vliegveld op te halen, verzoeken wij u uw vluchtnummer door te geven en contact te houden met onze medewerkers. Zo kunnen wij u de gewenste vervoersoplossing bieden. Wij wachten u op in de aankomsthal. Als u vervoer van uw accommodatie naar de luchthaven wenst, neem dan contact met ons op zodat we een vertrektijd vanaf uw hotel kunnen voorstellen. U kunt uw aanvraag personaliseren door tijdig uw gegevens te delen, zodat wij u een privévervoersdienst kunnen aanbieden. Het systeem heeft standaard al een aantal hotels voorgeprogrammeerd; u kunt ons echter laten weten waar u vertrekt of waar u naartoe wilt worden gebracht. We helpen u graag verder. De passagier geeft het hotel of privéadres op waar hij/zij naartoe gebracht wil worden; wij dekken de gehele gemeente Guadalajara en enkele omliggende plaatsen met een speciaal tarief.

I received this message from Renato Velasco, owner of the transportation company that took me and my husband from Guadalajara airport to our AirBnB on February 18, 2023. Here is the message from Renato adding more monies owed by us on top of the $72.00 USD already paid on Viator. We actually agreed to pay the driver an additional $66.00 USD when she picked us up from the airport which we did for a total of $138.00 for a 35 minute drive. That amount is pretty steep for Mexico. (Upon our return on February 26th from Ajijic to the Guadalajara airport we took a taxi who only charged us $45.00.) Here is Renato’s email explanation for the additional charge which makes no sense because Guadalajara is such a huge city and from the airport to many locations in Guadalara would be equivalent to a 35 minutes drive. Here is the email from Renato: Viator, a Tripadvisor Company Explora México Tours sent you a message: Hola Sherry... I am using the platform chat to avoid any misunderstanding and they can also see what I am exposing, the applicable fare that you saw is for any hotel in the Guadalajara area which is 30 mins maximum from the airport or 12/15 kms and to Ajijic is like double of distance and well, our operations are based in Guadalajara so once we drop you we come back to Gdl. And you are right, 72 us you already paid to viator and the additional fee to drop you in Ajijic is only $66 usd, I´m adjusting this fare that can be applicable for a sedan, for this small SUV vehicle can be a bit extra but I am trying to make it work. Thanks to your feedback, we have updated all our products in the platform to set up the same fares you received from airport to Chapala, Ajijic and Raquet Club (please take a look) so every one will always have the chance to choose for a service like ours or choose any other. Our bussines has been stablished in 2009, we have a website, formal office, our staff - small but efficient GREAT TEAM!- is always ready to help; we pay municipality, state and federal taxes, we also provide gov and additional benefits to our staff so the cost - benefit relations in our services if different that taxis for sure and well, im sorry that you think that the charge for an airport drop off to Gdl downtown could apply the same to Ajijic town. For our first time travel to Guadalajara, having somebody to pick us up at airport arrival was one of the best thing we did. Not knowing where to go catch the taxi etc, and even though our flight ran about 1 hour late, our driver waited for us and took us to our hotel without any headache. I recommend this service for anyone who wants to travel with less stress.
Our driver was Salvador and he was very accommodating he waited for us for about an hour at airport and we communicated through WhatsApp which made it very easy and he sent me a picture so I knew what he looked like lol we will use them more while we are here in Guadalajara Thanks Again!!

They was a small miscommunication with our reservation with Trip Advisor and driving, with that said Louis came and picked us up. He was wonderful and helpful
