Drijf moeiteloos door de lucht in Frankrijk en bewonder adembenemende uitzichten over de Loire-vallei tijdens deze 3-uur durende ballonvaart. Nadat je je piloot hebt geholpen met het opblazen van de heteluchtballon, ga je de mand in en drijf je hoog boven de Loire-vallei. Bewonder een adembenemend uitzicht over het landschap hieronder en proost vervolgens uw vlucht met een glas champagne bij de landing. Tour omvat een retourreis vanaf Francueil, in de buurt van Chenonceau.

The balloon ride over the Loire Valley was amazing. It was great to get involved with the set-up and pack up of the ballooon.
Flight cancelled 2 times due to weather conditions. I request the refund and I can not find a contact

I do not know but I will full refund and insurance benefits plus hospitalized situation and many other things. But the Balloon chrashed during landing and I do not know anything how to reach this company France montgolfieres balloon flighrs. Lot of mistakes they did during landing.
The tour was canceled the same day 6 hours more or less previous the experience. And the process for ask the refund wasn’t easy I still waiting an answer and obviously my refund.
Terribly sorry that the weather conditions did not allow the flight to take place. For your refund you just need to request a refund from Viator and it will be processed immediately.

Our flight crew was friendly, courteous and truly amazing! The captain spoke a little English and translated for us when necessary.
The team was experienced and well organized. It was a lovely ride! Our balloon fit 12 people, which was the perfect size to enjoy.
From takeoff to landing, this was a terrific experience. We look to sunrise flight and it was beautiful! Pierre and his crew were fantastic. It surpassed all of our expectations. We loved how everyone gets involved with the setup and breakdown of the ballon. The champagne 🍾 upon landing was a great touch. We’ll definitely do this again.
Dependence on weather conditions can compromise the ride. We signed for the sunset tour and had to make the tour at 7:30 in the morning, when there is less wind and less thermal, which resulted in a shorter distance traveled by the balloon. Folding the balloon at the end of the ride can be fun but exhausting, mainly because of the terrain where the balloon landed. By the way, the landing is somewhat "impacting".
We flew directly over the Chateau de Chenonceau...amazing! The crew are very professional! We had a cloudy morning ride we were kept lower for better visibility. We flew over trees, heard the roosters crow and saw the horses restlessness when the pilot ignited the flame. Worth the long drive from Marne La Vallee to knock this off the bucket list!
