Onze Shake & Savor : Coffee Cocktails workshop combineert de rijke traditie van Vietnamese koffie met de creativiteit van cocktail mixologie. Het is een meeslepende ervaring waarbij je unieke cocktails op basis van koffie maakt, waarbij gedurfde smaken en onverwachte wendingen worden gemengd. Verwacht levendige smaken zoals Cà Phê Mít met jackfruit en sampan rhum, of de gedurfde Phở Fizz met droge gin en Cascara Tea, waardoor een fusie van koffie, kruiden en zoetheid ontstaat die duidelijk Vietnamees maar verfrissend modern is.

I shared this experience with my daughter and we both had great fun. We learned to make 2 cocktails, one rum based, one gin based, both with interesting flavour combinations. Whilst you’re taking part in the experience you also learn about Vietnamese coffee and how it’s produced. Ny was a friendly and informative host, she makes you feel really welcome. We’re both really glad we did this whilst we were in Saigon.
Super fun and informative. Hung was amazing and explained everything really well! Would definitely recommend as something fun and different to do in HCMC
As self-proclaimed coffee connoisseurs, we were eager to learn about the history of egg coffee and how to make the most delicious egg coffee. We had the most lovely guide, Tram who walked us through on how to make the coffee as well as educating us on the history and how egg coffee came to be. We walked away from this experience with a wealth of knowledge and too many beans and honey. The cafe itself was aesthetically pleasing and the ingredients used were of great quality. Lacaph roasts their own coffee and uses their own micro-filter phin which created the most delectable coffee - we also loved that they substituted condensed milk with honey! 110% recommend, this was the best experience in Ho Chi Minh thanks to Tram and team.

The experience was very insightful. The coffee was even better! We were taught about the origin of egg coffee. Tram Anh was our friendly guide who was very knowledgeable and passionate! Would definitely recommend! :)
