Ga naar de ingang van Udawalawe National Park om je persoonlijke ervaren jeepchauffeur te ontmoeten. Stap in een robuust 4x4-voertuig dat toegang biedt tot het ruige terrein van het park en optimaal zicht op de dieren. Udawalawe, een van de grootste parken van Sri Lanka, beschikt over een aanzienlijk park. Aziatische olifantenpopulatie, met soms wel 100 kuddes. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
De gasten dienen de ophaaltijd en locatie te verifiëren bij Less Taxi. Passagiers binnen 3 km van de hoofdingang van het Udawalawa National Park worden GRATIS opgehaald bij het hotel. Passagiers boven de 5km hotels worden opgehaald tegen een vergoeding. Pickups boven de 5 km kan worden geregeld tegen een vergoeding. Nadat de tour is gedaan, kunnen we de passagier afzetten op het punt waar we hebben gekozen. Ook kunnen we elk transport binnen het land regelen tegen gereduceerde prijzen. U wordt op de hoogte gebracht met alle exacte chauffeursgegevens voor het ophalen.

I'm super picky with everything, trust me it's hard for me to say good things about a business but less taxi was amazing! I was highly impressed! Always had someone to communicate with via whatsapp. The drivers were always on time, even before, and they were super polite! I couldnt recommend it more

Booked and piad in full, conformation by email and app a privare jeep safari at Udawalawe park, collection at hotel 5km from park. After 1 hr still no show or response from messaging tour operator. Took taxi to park gates. Messaged for 1 hr back and forth, send google maps pin of location. Confirned was at Udawalawe park gates. 'Dont worry sir jeep is 15 min away' after 1 hr had a message that jeep was ready. phone call from driver at Yala National park? We are not at Yala and our booking was Udawalawe park. So had to book a second jeep from the park at extra cost. So lost 2 hrs from a 4 hr jeep safari. My 2 young kids had to stand in the su. Whilst this disaster unfolded. Complere incompetantace from Less Taxi tour operator. Still waiting for refund plus cost of 2 x taxi. Terrible experience and total waste of our time and money. We never got the 4 hr safari we paid for and as a result seen fewer animals. Do not use this company.
I had a great time in Udawalawe, went for the early AM safari. Got picked up always on time from my hotel in Unawatuna. Then we have met the jeep driver just few mins drive from the entrance. You do have to pay separately for the entrance(need a passport, or a copy and can be paid by card), the jeep hire and the pick up/drop off from the hotel. All went smoothly, weather was amazing, saw plenty of elephants, birds, monkeys, crocs...no big cats, but they said it's rare to spot one.

The drivers were always punctual and communicative via WhatsApp, and it was easy to arrange bookings tailored to exactly what I wanted. We had a wonderful time in the national Park and it worked out well that we started in weligama and went to Ella afterwards. All in all we had a great experience and used less Taxi at least 4 more times on our Trip in Sri Lanka because it was so easy to organize

Nice safari of about 3 hours made. Seen a lot of elephants, that's what we were doing. Clear communication via whatsapp, everything was neat and arranged on time. Recommended!
