Het doel van deze ervaring is om te ontbijten in Spanje en te lunchen in Frankrijk zonder enige fysieke grens te overschrijden! Hoe klinkt dat? We vertrekken om 8.30 uur uit BCN in ons busje met 7 zitplaatsen. De eerste stop is Girona, beroemd om Game of Thrones. Na een licht ontbijt en een ontspannen wandeling door het hart van de oude stad, stappen we terug in onze minibus richting Frankrijk. Voor je het weet zijn we Frankrijk binnen. Rond lunchtijd komen we aan in Collioure, een dorp aan de zuidkust van Frankrijk met ongeveer 2000 inwoners. Na een korte verkenning samen geven we je vrije tijd om te lunchen en te ontspannen aan de Middellandse Zee. Rond 4 uur keren we terug richting Barcelona. LET OP: zorg ervoor dat u tijdens de zomermaanden uw zwemkleding en strandlaken meeneemt! BELANGRIJK!!! zorg ervoor dat u ALTIJD uw paspoort of identiteitsbewijs meeneemt in geval van een willekeurige politiecontrole

Ontmoetingspunt. We verlaten de stad vanaf hier richting Girona.
Het Toscane van Spanje. Schilderachtige rit
Gebouwd rond 1877 en misschien wel de beroemdste brug in Girona gemaakt door meneer Eiffel, ja dezelfde van de Eiffeltoren. We steken de brug over richting de oude stad.
Het op een na breedste gotische schip ter wereld. We zullen rond de kathedraal lopen zonder naar binnen te lopen
Rijd van Girona naar Frankrijk.
Een van de beroemdste Game Of Thrones-locaties in de oude binnenstad van Girona. We stoppen alleen voor foto's.
Collioure. Collioure is een stad aan de Middellandse Zeekust van Zuid-Frankrijk. Het middeleeuwse Château Royal de Collioure ligt aan zee en biedt dramatische uitzichten over de kust. De klokkentoren van de 17e-eeuwse kerk Notre-Dame-des-Anges was ooit een vuurtoren. Het museum voor moderne kunst. We zullen je 2 uur vrije tijd geven voor de lunch en een wandeling rond.
Rijd terug van Collioure naar Barcelona. Zorg ervoor dat u tijdens de zomermaanden uw zwemkleding en strandlaken meeneemt!

A nicely designed tour except a bit heavy on the drive time versus explore time. Our guide was a bit lifeless and didn’t seem to have a great wealth of info to share.
Thank you for your review. We’d just like to provide a bit more context about how the day is structured. This tour covers two countries in a single day, which means there is a significant amount of travel involved. The route is approximately 400 km round trip, and with 8–9 hours available, the day is carefully balanced between driving time and time spent exploring each destination. As outlined in the itinerary, guests can expect around 4 hours of driving throughout the day and approximately 4/5 hours dedicated to visiting Girona and Collioure, France Our goal is to provide a comfortable pace while allowing guests to experience the highlights of both countries in a single day.
The tour was informative and enjoyable. The time in Girona is spent with a guide so there is no time to freely look, but we were able to wander on our own in France. It is about 4-5 hours of driving total so I wouldn’t recommend for younger kids. Also, there were quite a few stairs so not stroller or disability friendly.
We had a wonderful day in Collioure and in Girona! Collioure is absolutely beautiful. It is definitely worth the visit. The amount of free time was perfect. Our tour guide Antoine was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this tour.
Easy link up, friendly guide, and fun stops. We enjoyed exploring Collouire and dipping our feet in the water. Girona was fun as well. Antoine, our tour guide, was great. We didn’t feel rushed anywhere. We expected to be in a big group, but there were only 6 of us total.
The tour guide made the trip even more worth it than we expected. He was knowledgeable, fun, informative and drove very safe and responsible. Papa Bear, thanks for an amazing day.

Tony our tour guide was absolutely amazing. He took us to 2 cool towns and gave us time to explore, shop and grab lunch while in Collioure. He even snagged us some free local cheese. If you have a free day, I would highly suggest this tour. Well worth the money.
Great way to spend the last day of our hectic trip. My 17 year old loved it. He says it was fun and educational. Would recommend
