We had a wonderful time on our Fez Tour. Halil, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and informative about all the historic places we went to as well as about the country of Turkiye. As we travelled we learnt a lot about local life...past and present. This tour encorporated so many eras, historical locations and events which were truly amazing....the battlefields of Gallipoli, Troy, Ephesus, Pannakalle, and the most amazing..... Cappadocia...!!! That was our wow moment....the geology and the history is incredible. Thanks too to our driver Hakam who kept us safe and comfortable. A well planned itinerary with great accommodation too.

Our multi day tour from Istanbul through the Cappadocia region was one of the highlights of our time in Türkiye. Everything was exceptionally well organized from start to finish, making it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. The real star of the trip was our guide, Turgay (Tour-guy) Yuzuak. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, and geography of the region, but what made the tour special was his warm and personable style. He made everyone feel welcome, answered endless questions with patience and humor, and shared fascinating local insights that we never would have discovered on our own. The itinerary was excellent and struck a perfect balance between famous highlights and smaller local experiences. Seeing the fairy chimneys, underground cities, cave churches, and panoramic valleys of Cappadocia was unforgettable. Travel days were smooth and never felt rushed. The accommodations were also much nicer than expected, especially the cave hotel experience, which added a unique touch to the trip. The restaurants throughout the tour were another pleasant surprise. We enjoyed a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes, and every meal felt thoughtfully chosen rather than just a tourist stop. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Cappadocia comfortably while learning deeply about the region and enjoying authentic Turkish hospitality.

We had a great tour in Turkey with Irem as our guide and Seyfullah was our driver. Irem knew everything! Lots of info…. And a very nice person. It turned out to be just us (myself, my daughter and my parents) on our tour … Off season!…. So we basically had a private tour! The one thing we wanted to do were the hot air balloons in Cappadocia … Irem told us she had good luck with that and they’ve never been canceled for her guests. Well… we totally got lucky! They had canceled the trips for 5 days prior to our arrival! It was a highlight for sure! That was such a fun day. I learned a ton on this trip and got to see so many beautiful places. We also had a bit of a medial issue .. nothing serious… and Irem handled everything for us and made a crazy situation so easy!!!! That is something I am truly grateful for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Fez Travel again. Also we spoke to others at the airport on another tour.. we saw them at a few stops… (not sure which company) but when comparing notes… I could tell we had the better tour with a better guide and driver. We had an excellent experience with our guide Duygu Tankut. She was very knowledgeable about all of the archaeological sites which we had been longing to see and found very good places to lunch and try local specialities, and found us fine dining as well. Above all she was most engaging, fun to be with, flexible and very attentive to our individual needs. Nothing was too much trouble for her. A most enjoyable experience

Our 7 day tour of turkey with Fez travel was absolutely amazing. The tour was a great balance between ancient ruins, cultural sites and beachside towns, allowing us a great understanding into this countries deep and rich history. Our guide “G” was wealth of knowledge, showing us through multiple ancient ruins and historical sites that added a layer of depth to our understanding of the history. His expertise was beyond the highest level in every location. There was never a question he was unable to answer and he exceeded our expectations. He is a great asset to this tour company. We especially loved our visit to Cappadocia, “G” showed us into underground caves and amazing scenery of the fairy chimneys. We would highly recommend the hot air balloon tour, an unforgettable experience with breathtaking views. Our driver was extremely safe and made our drives very comfortable, always making sure we were well hydrated. We are very thankful for our guide “G” and driver “Safee” for making our trip a great experience. We would recommend this tour for people looking to explore a vast amount of turkey and its history in just 7 short days!

Have just had an amazing experience on our Fez tour from Istanbul to Cappadocia over the last week. With a fantastic Guide (Goksu or G) and the best driver Saifi. G was so knowledgeable explaining all of the sites we visited and very supportive in helping me navigate some of the sites which I had difficulty with. I couldn't recommend Goksu and Saifi highly enough, they were the best.

The itinerary was excellent and covered all the main historical sites. The last 2 days were very long however and perhaps an extra night in Ankara would have helped. Fatih K knew his history. In fact he was so passionate about it and thorough. He also had a great sense of humour which is always appreciated. The bus with 11 people however was too small and cramped.

Fez tours organised a good tour; the communication from Fez before we left home from Australia, right to the end of the tour has been very professional. There was a good balance of visiting historical sites and down time to rest in the well chosen and comfortable hotels. Our guide ‘G’ made sure everyone was well looked after, his local knowledge of excellent local places to eat as well as his factual historical and geographical information made the places we visited have depth and perspective. The bus used for our journey was safe, clean and comfortable, I applaud the drivers who really do a great job covering the vast distances between sites! I would use and recommend Fez in Turkey to any family and friends.

As we started out in Istanbul, i met my tour guide is Goksu . Our first stop was the blue mask. Goksu explains how the mosaic tiles are made. each title is hand painted. He has a very humble voice to help you out to make you knowledgeable about each of the areas of history. We stopped during the middle of the day, and family owned businesses for lunch. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. One of the restaurants was trip advisor recommendations, and the food was really good. The last 2 days we stayed at Gamirasu Hotel, this hotel is a work of art. Each of the rooms is very authentic. I would recommend this trip to my friends for the 7 days.
