De dag begint met een handige en gemakkelijke ophaalservice bij uw hotel in of ontmoetingspunt, aan boord van een comfortabel voertuig met airconditioning, u wordt naar Tulum gebracht. Deze archeologische vindplaats is een plaatselijk herkenningspunt, omdat het diende als een belangrijke haven in de oude Maya-beschaving. Geniet onderweg van een prachtig landschap tijdens deze rit vol natuur. Je krijgt met voorrang toegang tot de archeologische vindplaats en geniet van een professioneel begeleide rondleiding door de tempels om de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden te zien en te leren, zoals het astronomische observatorium van de Maya-stad Tulum en culturele gebouwen langs de muren. Als je Tulum en zijn turquoise achtergrondwater verlaat, begin je op weg naar het volgende deel van de reis, een schilderachtige cenote die, zoals verwacht, culturele en traditionele betekenis heeft voor de Maya-cultuur. - Je moet ongeveer 2 km in een rustig tempo kunnen lopen en trappen kunnen beklimmen en afdalen.
- Een extra toeslag van Verplichte toeslagen van 750MXN per reiziger. (Overheidsbelasting 420MXN, Tulum fee 100MXN en natuurreservaat 230MXN) is contant te betalen op de dag van uw activiteit.
- Zorg dat je 15 minuten voor je geplande ophaaltijd klaarstaat in de lobby of het ontmoetingspunt van je hotel.
- Vervoer heen en terug is beschikbaar vanaf de meeste centraal gelegen hotels in Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos Riviera Maya en Playa del Carmen. U bevestigt uw exacte ophaaltijd bij de lokale touroperator.
- Als uw hotel buiten de dekking valt, wordt u gevraagd om de tour op een nabijgelegen locatie te ontmoeten.
- Ophalen van hotels bij hotels in Tulum is niet beschikbaar. Passagiers die in Tulum Hotels verblijven, moeten de tour ontmoeten op het aangewezen ontmoetingspunt.
- U dient zwemkleding, handdoek, verschoning van kleding, zonnebrandcrème, insectenwerend middel en zakgeld voor incidentele kosten mee te nemen.
- Houd er rekening mee dat de Mexicaanse federale overheid vanaf 2 januari 2025 een nieuwe extra verplichte belasting heeft opgelegd voor alle bezoekers die de archeologische site van Tulum (Maya Ruins) bezoeken. Als gevolg hiervan is een verplichte toeslag van 750MXN pesos per passagier contant te betalen op de dag van uw activiteit.

Actually I am very disappointed to this activity and my booked tour was canceled at later afternoon of Feb 4 and then at afternoon of Feb 5, I have to accept a tour which include Tulum Mayan site only, but my booked tour was Tulum Mayan Ruins Cenote swim. And this new tour took around 7.5 hours, but I seat in the car for 5 hours just for pick up other people and transportation, it’s really horrible experience

Tour guide Maria was so knowledgeable. Paco- our driver did an excellent job navigating through traffic. Thoroughly enjoyed Tulum & visit to the cenote.
I like the pick up in the hotel where we are staying. I was looking for a tour that we will be picked up because my husband has disability. Even though they are late to pick us up, Cancun Travel Experience did call me in what’s app the reason of delay. Marie, the Tour director is very knowledgeable on Mayan history. My focus is to explore the area, so we didn’t stick to listening to her, we just keep an eye to where they are. It’s a 4 star because the cenote they picked and included in the package is just so so
Not too long of a day. Bring a reusable bottle/cup, no plastics allowed. Quick moving, not a lot of time shopping which was ok. Very knowledgeable guide. It was wonderful having the Cenote to ourselves, no crowds. P.S. their fries were excellent, highly recommend.
This tour was great! Jackie our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable! We got to know great insights about the history of the Mayan Ruins and the cenote swimming was perfect! We had the cenote all to ourselves! Would highly recommend this tour!
Excellent Shuttle Service with Operator and Guide, Very Nice Cenote and Suitable Facilities and Amazing Food
It was an excellent experience, the guide and driver are very professional and very friendly. The only downside and reason why I don't give them the 5 stars is that they wanted to collect taxes from my two children when they didn't pay. In the end we were reimbursed but it was because we realized that they did not pay, it did not leave them.
Mari and Hugo have been excellent guides. They have been very attentive and have given us great. Besides Mari has been very close and has told us very interesting things. We'd repeat for sure, thank you very much.
This was not a great experience- the tax payment in cash is a racket across all tour companies but this one charged us for 2 kids under 12 even when we showed them the law states under 12 don’t pay. They refunded us after we argued about I but really ruined the day.
There may be other fees not covered by the purchase of the tickets. It rained hard but still had a great tour.
