- Sociale afstand - Gasten blijven op een veilige afstand van 1,20 meter tijdens alle punten van de tour. We zorgen er ook voor dat alle personeelsleden de nodige PBM's dragen.
- Welzijnscontroles - Werknemers ontvangen dagelijkse welzijnscontroles om ervoor te zorgen dat ze gezond en symptoomvrij zijn. Als u of iemand in uw groep symptomen ervaart, zullen we rechtstreeks met u samenwerken om uw tour te annuleren of opnieuw te plannen.

My wife and I had a great time. We signed up for this very last minute just to kill some time before the wedding we were going to attend the next day. We honestly weren’t expecting much, but it ended up being one of our favorite things from our entire trip to Tulum. My wife and I wanted to do a couple things during our trip, but weren’t exactly sure when to fit them into our schedule. 1) We wanted to visit a local market. 2) We wanted to try a couple local taquerias. 3) We wanted to explore downtown Tulum. 4) We wanted to learn a little more about the history/culture of the area. We were able to experience all of this during our tour! Absolutely loved it!

I really enjoy these tours overall. I respect and appreciate that they can accommodate folks who have differing dietary needs. What is really bad about this tour is that there is no room for actual inclusiveness. If even ONE person on the tour is vegetarian or vegan, everyone else is up a creek. NO one will get meet. That made for a very different experience, one I didn't sign up for, wouldn't have paid for, and I did not enjoy the experience like I thought I would. If it's possible, ASK beforehand if this will be the case. I was sorely disappointed, and feel like I missed out on a lot.

However, we would like to clarify that what you described is not how our tours are normally conducted. We frequently host guests with vegetarian dietary needs, and in those cases, accommodations are handled individually without affecting the rest of the group’s tastings. For this reason, it is quite unusual to hear that the entire group did not receive meat-based dishes, as this does not reflect our standard operation or the experience most of our guests enjoy. That said, we will review this specific tour internally to better understand what may have occurred. We appreciate your feedback.
Very nice tour of downtown Tulum. We got to try 5 different places, all unique dishes, and some new things I had never had before! We went with Armando who was very engaging and taught me more about the Yucatán, which I really appreciated. Now I just want more salbutes!

Our guide Armondo was amazing. He was knowledgeable about all the food stops and gave us insight into Tulum-things to do, places to visit and shop. The food was excellent, local places we would have never found. Each place was unique, and so tasty.

Enrique was amazing and so knowledgeable about Tulum and its history. The food was delicious and we got to eat in places you wouldn’t dream of entering as a tourist, but it was the best food that I’ve eaten in Mexico.

This is not a hands on experience with food. You get a variety of taco styles and interesting information about the food and the area. The tour is approximately 3 hours but the walking is easy and plenty of rest at each stop.
