Looks like a scam didn’t show up in our hotel so disappointed and frustrated after waking up @ 4:30am and waiting in the lobby for an hour. Phoned the tour company’s they said they did. That’s impossible nobody call our name and look for us since we were just in a lobby. Don’t book on this will take only your money.
We are truly sorry to hear that you feel this way. We would like to clarify that our transportation team was present at the scheduled pick-up location at the corresponding time. As evidence, we even shared a video confirming their presence. Our intention has always been to provide you with the best possible service.
Be very careful when booking through Travel Book Mexico. They add $70.00 USD to the trip for conservation fees for each of the sites yet when you look up the sites on the internet the fees don’t add up to that amount. They say you can cancel 24 hours before the start time. They consider the start time 7:00 even though you don’t get picked up until 10:00. Bad business practices on their part.
We kindly remind you that the conservation fee and the Jaguar Park access are requirements clearly stated in the tour you purchased. Our team explained these charges in advance, and you chose not to proceed with the corresponding payment. It is fantastic. You will see all the great sites and enjoy great food!! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and funny! The day was not too long. Be aware that taxes are not included in the price of the ticket.

A normal five-star hotel, with the standards of a 4-star hotel, if you are planning to travel to Shiraz, there is no better option to stay here.

This use to ge a great place to eat. Now only offering soup or pork pie. such a shame. Our visits were for food first, then to enjoy the drinks. Unlikely to visit again.
