Proef zeven heerlijke soorten lokaal Tsjechisch bier, allemaal gecombineerd met smaakkaas en crackers voor een vullende snack. Leer meer over de complexiteit van het bier en de fundamentele regels van degelijke proeverij terwijl je bier van verschillende Tsjechische brouwerijen en lokale microbrouwerijen in Praag proeft. Een vriendelijke lokale gids zal aanwezig zijn om de geschiedenis van het bier en zijn belangrijke plaats in de Tsjechische cultuur te bieden.

Amazing experience. So many interesting new beer facts and the beers were good too. The tour guide was so friendly and knew a lot about beer and prague history as well

We wanted the opportunity to learn more about Czech beer and didn't want the usual pub crawl and the description of this activity seemed to be perfect, sample 7 Czech beers and learn a little about them, what's not to like? Turns out it was a great decision. There were only a small number of us sampling the beer (5 of us) and the lovely Phil telling us about it. It went all too quickly. We sampled 7 beers, and there were cheese and crackers to enjoy too. Phil was congenial and articulate and I really enjoyed listening to him. This is highly recommended!

Plenty of beer to drink (7 pours of 0.2L each) with good explanations of each, our host, Paul, was rude to me and other guests. He put down one woman’s marathon experience, while he was blowing his nose, I asked that woman a question about her marathon and he didn’t like us talking to each other. Then he asked where he was in his speech, we told him, and he said, “well, do you want to continue on with leading this talk?” Like we were acting like know it alls. He asked where he was and we just answered. And he made lots of unfunny jokes and had no real answer for what brought him to Prague from New York. Would recommend this experience but hope for a different leader.

The directions were very difficult to follow on Google maps as there was no information about landmarks nearby. If you said Ticket Office, we would have known to go there. Or we could have met at the bar itself. The beers were good, but we had 3 really tiny squares of cheese on cocktail sticks each and about 3 crackers half way through the beers. This was very disappointing and not what I was expecting. The guide, Steve, was very knowledgeable, but I think his humour left some people a bit confused and didn't come across as intended. We felt like he was making jokes at people's expense at times. It also seemed rushed, as he spoke super fast and we had to drink beer after beer with no break between to appreciate the flavour, making it a bit stressful. When asked why all the beer was at room temperature by some Germans he seemed quite defensive and said it was storage issues. All in all it was a bit disappointing and not really as enjoyable as we had expected.

Steve was very fun and educational. We were a group of 3 Slovenians. We were also bonded with a couple of americans and dutch people and Steve was the reason behind the bonding. All and all it was a great and insightfull experience with the Beer Master Steve! I definetly recommend it to any tourist that visits Prague! P.S. we had 7 beers in the tasting.

We were a small group of 6 people and the atmosphere was really good. Steve told in easy to understand English about the history of beer etc. and we tasted very different types of beer. Can be recommended if you like beer and would like to know a little about the history behind.

It was SO much fun and had so many facts I didn’t know. It was fun learning about the history of Budweiser in Budweis. I highly recommend this tour!
