Laat je echte adrenaline ontwaken en bezoek het kleine dorpje Paladini, in de buurt van Motovun, waar de familie Karlić al drie generaties op truffels jaagt. Ervaar de jacht op truffels, een uniek avontuur op zoek naar truffels in het Motovun-bos, voor het eerst gecreëerd door de familie Karlić en al genoten door vele bezoekers van over de hele wereld. Het drie uur durende avontuur omvat een korte opleiding over Istrische truffels en hun geschiedenis, het proeven van traditionele Istrische gerechten met truffels en lokale producten van de Karlić-familie, en truffeljacht in de groene oase van Istrië vergezeld van de meest exquise muilkorven - truffelhonden. Naast de truffeljacht bij daglicht, kun je ook een nachtelijke truffeljacht ervaren die begint met het proeven van truffels, vergezeld van de meest boeiende zonsondergang die je ademloos maakt. Bovendien hebben alle bezoekers de mogelijkheid om het eerste Truffelmuseum in Kroatië te bezoeken.

It was a great experience! To see the dogs sniffing for truffles was so mesmerizing! Armin and Bela were great! Area is beautiful, Karlić grounds are beautifully decorated and it’s great to watch them prepare truffles for you. We will do it again for sure.
Truffle hunt was very lively with Gica done a great job. The scrambled eggs, the pasta with truffles and even the desserts were tasty. Great experience.
Anyone vacationing in Istria should not miss out on the topic of truffles. The truffle hunt with a subsequent tasting at Karlic Tartufi was amusing, educational, and delicious 😀 Great how people, animals, and nature work together here... we would do it again immediately. Have fun!
It was a great tour that combines food and nature! Approx. We were out for 1h with 2 dogs and it was exciting to look for the truffles and all our questions were answered by the guide Benjamin. The lunch menu was simply wonderful with a top view and everyone is super nice. Simply a great day!
Amazing experience, went here with kids and they did such a charming authentic job with amazing food, yes it's expensive but totally worth and the kids had fun too - totally recommendable!!

This business has been in the Karlic family for a long time, founded by Mr. Ivan, and now run by his children Ivan and Ivana helped by the latter’s husband (not named Ivan). A most friendly team. Extremely interesting tour in beautiful setting. You will learn a lot about truffles, and have a delicious lunch. The shop sells all sorts of truffle-related products and other Croatian products (liquor, etc). Not cheap but unusual.
Very interesting family run tour finding about truffles and how they are found. Food we ate afterwards was wonderful - highly recommend. Probably going to spend a lot in the shop now! Bit of a walk on loose ground if you are unsteady on your feet. The dogs are wonderful!
