Ik ben een professionele truffeljager van 3 generaties in Alba. Mijn grootvader was na de 2e wereldoorlog een van de eerste truffeljagers in Alba, hij leerde mijn vader alle geheimen over de kostbare "ipogean-schimmel" toen mijn vader het mij leerde. Ik ben een hondentrainer en eigenlijk heb ik 3 geweldige honden: Isi, Palli & Lisa. Ik wil reizigers graag 'sommige' 'van mijn truffeljachtgeheimen leren aan reizigers. Tijdens de tour word je geholpen door mijn vriendin Margherita. Zij is een officiële toeristengids met een grote passie voor truffels en lokale tradities om elk onderdeel van de jacht te vertalen.

Amazing experience. The staff is very nice and very attentive! (Not to mention the puppy, which is sensational!)

Incredible experience! Could not recommend more. Margharita and Giovani were so personable + knowledgeable and led us on an incredible venture followed by a small, family-owned winery. A must see in Piedmont!
A wonderful fun experience we had a great time Margarita and Giovanni made it an exciting and fun day. Turbo the wonder, dog found truffles almost right away and kept going. Be sure to wear some good walking shoes, that you can get a bit muddy. Margarita head boots available if you don’t have good shoes it’s a wonderful way to spend a morning.

A wonderful experience with Gigi, a 1 year old Pointer. The guide was great, super sweet to the dog, gave very good explanations... a super nice man, with passion for dogs and truffle hunting. The wine tasting at Cadia was great. Nice tour, and top wines. This activity is absolutely recommended.

Fun/Informative experience with super nice accommodators. We were able to find 3 black truffles today although it's a low season. ( if you want to try finding white truffles, you will need to come in winter. The dog, Hublot ( sorry if I misspell your name) is very skillef and well trained, you will be blown away. high recommend this tour :)
