Beschrijving
In deze tour wordt u meegenomen door onze ervaren lokale gids over drie verschillende dorpen van de etnische minderheden Hmong, Giay en Red Dao. De tour geeft je de kans om te genieten van fantastische berglandschappen en om de belangrijkste rivier en vallei van Sapa te zien. Je zult ook de beroemde rijstterrasvelden zien en meer leren over de cultuur, gewoonten en tradities van de twee belangrijkste verschillende etnische minderheden in Sapa. Onze gids laat je ook kennismaken met de unieke huwelijkstradities, rijstvelden, werk- en woningbouwtechnieken van Hmong en nog veel meer!

Y Linh Ho-dorp. De tour begint om 9 uur. Onze lokale gids zal je ontmoeten in je hotel in Sapa Town of voor de hoofdkerk. Na een korte introductie wordt u 2 km naar de weg van Cat Cat gebracht, een bekend dorp van de Hmong-minderheid. Vanaf daar bereik je de hangende brug van de Muong Hoa-rivier en ga je verder bergopwaarts door de bergen en door een bamboebos. Van daaruit krijgt u de kans om enkele van de grootste en mooiste rijstterrassen in Vietnam te bewonderen en te genieten van het majestueuze uitzicht op de bergen bovenop de berg Hoang Lien. Je gaat dan naar het dorp Y Linh Ho en luncht in een klein, traditioneel restaurant dat wordt gerund door een lokale Hmong-familie.
Na de pauze kom je in Lao Chai, een dorp in Black Hmong
Vervolg de trekking naar het Ta Van-dorp waar je de Giay-minderheid zult ontmoeten. Je leert alles over de verschillen tussen de etnische minderheidsgroepen, je zult zien voordat we de auto bereiken die ons terugbrengt naar Sapa.

It was bad weather, so the visibility was not so good and the paths very slippery / muddy (put on things that may get dirty). Nevertheless, a good tour, our tour guide Dao was also nice. Delicious lunch.

Very good tour. My tour guide Ma ma tung was very nice and told me a lot about the rice planting and different culture in the villages. Would recommend!

We had the best time in the trek! Our guide, Soso, was incredible! The rice fields are beautiful, you get nice views from high up and then you go down into them and into the villages as well. We had a delicious lunch in one of the villages too! Make sure to bring good hiking shoes and sunscreen, some of the trails are pretty challenging.

We did a trekking tour in Sapa with Soso and it was truly a wonderful experience! She is very kind, welcoming, and takes the time to explain a lot about the region, the culture, and local life. You learn so much while enjoying the walk, which makes the experience even more enriching. The landscapes are absolutely stunning, with endless rice terraces and breathtaking views along the way. Zhu from Sapa Trekking introduced my colleague and me to the landscapes and culture of these fantastic regions during two days. Yesterday we visited the two waterfalls where she knew a lot about it. Today we led the big day hike through the rice terraces of the Muong region. Very competent. She gave us interesting explanations and knew how to report on the way of life. Chu was a great guide on our walking trip. We didn't want to take the car back as it was only 7km until that point so Chu guided us back to our homestay which made it an 11km round trip tour. Beautiful scenery on a sunny day. Chu shared lots of knowledge about the people living in the different villages, their culture and the nature around us. She was also great with our 3 year old son.
